They are with professional attitude and friendly tone which totally respectable. I do recommend others staying in Shangri-La, and you

Food was a little expensive at the restaurants, but still was fairly good. You get vouchers for breakfast and dinner which is really nice. The rooms were really great and had comfortable beds. I found the price for the resort to be a good price for what is all included.

The hotel bed is so comfy, with a very clean room. I love their breakfast because of its many choices. Gym and pool facilities are good, just too bad the steam spa is not opened for use during the time I was staying. What a surprise!

We stayed in this hotel during the long weekend, didn’t expect the staff member will arrange for a special setup for our wedding anniversary! There was even cake to wish us! During our stay we got upgraded to the club room, and this was the highlight of our stay since we get to view such a breathtaking view of sunset. The complementary evening cocktail was nicely done with simple but scrumptious food, the diy sandwich was nice for kids to do too! We as a family of four with 2 small kids had a really good time here, our son really enjoyed the swimming pool. Our room was spacious and cleaned, even with an extra bed there is still plenty of room for two kids to run around. The breakfast had a nice spread, with few selections for us to choose. We will definitely come back for the service and the sunset in the club lounge!

Friendly Staff, Efficient Service & Wonderful Carpark

Reviewed By imio2022

I travelled from KL to KK in mid March 2022, booked directly into Cititel Express Hotel. As I reached the hotel, was greeted by courteous security guard. The receptionist was efficient and polite. What I like best is the huge free gated carpark in front of the hotel. When I needed to extend my stay, the sales personnel was kind enough to give a good discount package. The only negative comment is the room is small.
