Art Apartments Minic are located 800 m from the center of Kolasin,in the direction towards Matesevo, on the left side of the route, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The log cabin contains two apartments (both 66m2 + gallery + garage). Every inch of furniture is made of wood and handmade.Art Apartments Minic also include an unique attractive design concept mushroom like. Modern and cozy apartment for three, situated up on a hill, above log cabin with nice view on mountain peaks and river Tara valley. Near the mushroom guests may enjoy barbecueing or makeing log fire. The mushroom is ideal for honeymooners or younger people or for tourists looking for something different and unusuall. Innerspace is divided in two leveles (ground floor + upper floor) and suitable for two (+ one) persons. Ground floor has open space entry hallway with bathroom and living/dinning room with kitchenette (basic electrical suppliences and pottery). The ground floor is conected with upper floor by quite steep stairs (not preferable for elderly persons or persons with disabilities). Upper floor is divided in two zones: lounge and sleeping area. Sleeping area has french bed and lounge area has sofa bed and taburets .Different light sources create warm and cozy atmosphere. Free WiFi and parking place provided.
Warm intimate experience
Reviewed By 140nikolabMy wife and I just got married and we were looking for some magical time. We found it in the mushroom apartment of Minic family. It was so good that we wanted to extend our stay. Unfortunatelly, rain was forcasted for the next few days and we decided to return when there will be snow. Inside is all wood, very warm and insulated. It is small space but utilized in a smart and best possible way. Outside there are wooden chairs, beutiful view, place to make bonefire or bbq and spend great afternoon with friends or spouse after a daily hike. We baked potatoes in the bonefire, had some drinks and dinner outside untill fire burend out, then moved inside and enjoyed the warmth and privacy. Even better, if you can bring another couple and book both mushrooms, that would be great. Looking forward going back there again.

Lovely place for a family gateway
Reviewed By AmiKleinThe place was just great and close to supermarket and city center. The flat was very convenient and we had everything that we needed. The family staff were lovely and tried to help with every need we had. They even do laundry for us ? The only thing I would raise is that this place lacks AC or fans, so we had to open the windows and sometimes it was not enough or too noisy. However, we would strongly recommend this place.

Reviewed By Isabelle PDefinitely, and by far, the best memory of our trip to Montenegro. The location is breathtaking, great hiking start point, very clean and nice room for us 5. And above all, the family running this place made our stay unforgettable! A bit sorry we were unable to communicate more, but Google translate helped, and the rest comes easily!

Fantastic Hosts
Reviewed By RJBAustI am a little tardy writing this review but we had a fantastic stay here. It is 35 steps to our top level apartment. The fireplace that is in the apartment is already going for our comfort (overkill actually at this time of year as it is not that cold). Our hosts are fantastic people (typical of the Montenegran’s we have met thus far) and are anxious to please. A very comfortable queen bed, great shower, cold fridge, a couple of balconies for great views and plenty of room to spread our junk. The wi-fi is fast & consistent. We are about 3 minutes walk to a supermarket, 5 min walk to the square & it’s cafes and bars and 2 doors up from a highly regarded restaurant. Amazing place in the middle of nowhere.
Reviewed By aliciteIf you are in the area and don’t know where to stay, I do recommend this place. The houses are nice and has everything you need, the owners are super nice and helpful, so look no more. And we also recommend the dinner, don’t miss it, for 10€ we had the most amazing goulash with kachamak (potatoes with cheese), one of the best dinners we had in our trip.

Un très bon repas et un bon petit déjeuner fait maison avec tous les produits du jardin et de l’élevage et le tout pour prix plus que raisonnable

Reviewed By Сергей ШСимпатичный, новый отель в километре от центра Колашина. Есть парковка на десяток автомобилей, собственный ресторан, сауна в цокольном этаже. Видно, что собственник вложился в дорогостоящие материалы, оборудование и фурнитуру. Но хороший отель это в первую очередь отношение и сервис, а не кафель или полотенца. Кстати, о последних. Если бы, открыв дверь в номер, вас встречал продуманный интерьер, а не лебеди из полотенец (пахнуло Хургадой!), то и оценка могла бы быть выше. 1. Хостес, сервис. Так как весь ресепшен этого небольшого отеля всего 4-5 квадратных метра, то одновременно находится двум компаниям при оформлении там просто невозможно. К слову сказать, нам пришлось 20 минут (!) ждать на улице, пока перед нами заселяли компанию из 6 человек. Сканирование паспортов, пересылка сертификатов вакцинации, туристический сбор, выдача ключей, проводы каждого гостя в номер - все это осуществляет один человек. Поэтому полако и еще раз полако... 2. Комфорт номеров. Ремонт свежий, но вот площадь номеров минимальна на столько, что двум взрослым людям в трехместном номере тесно. В туалетной комнате нужно быть очень осторожным, чтобы случайно что-либо не разбить или не повредиться самому. Хочется поскорее выскочить из душа и, не досыта вытершись огромным полотенцем, упасть в постель. Имеются радиаторы, но они холодные (сколько не просили на ресепшен, так их не включили). Какие-то несуразные шкафы, полки и столики, изготовленные из профильной трубы с деревянными поверхностями должны были напоминать об эргономичности сетевых отелей типа "Инн" или "Редиссон", но, увы, они только занимают место и не несут в себе никакой функциональности. Кто-то может ответить, зачем полочка в душевой размещена не над раковиной, а над унитазом? И каждый раз что-то размещая на ней ты думаешь, не окажется ли поставленная зубная щетка или бритва в недрах "белого друга"? Или есть ли смысл в мусорном ведре, крышка которого открывается нажатием педали, если само ведро размещено под туалетным столиком и нажатием педали открыть его нельзя? Единственным вариантом решения - вытащить мусорное ведро на середину крохотной душевой. То же самое касается электронной системы доступа в номер. Зачем она в отеле на 15 номеров с дисплеями возле каждой двери? Все эти вопросы не просто так возникают, а от осознания того, что имеющиеся деньги при организации пространства тратятся бездумно. Все предметы интерьера оказываются не под рукой, от чего гостю дискомфортно и тесно. Кстати говоря, те, кто останавливается в зимнее время года и катается на лыжах (борде) имейте в виду: сушить вещи негде. Для этого в отеле ничего не предусмотрено. 3. Ресторан. На 1-м этаже имеется камерное помещение человек на 30 с барной стойкой и кухней в цокольном этаже. Те, кто привык уже к пресловутому черногорскому принципу "полако", будьте осторожны: здесь, на севере страны оно гипертрофировано! Сделать нехитрый заказ и ждать его минимум час - здесь в порядке вещей. Если при этом вы рассчитываете на то, что к вам будут ежеминутно подходить, убирать пустые бутылки, доставлять комплименты от шеф-повара или предлагать заказать что-то другое, то вы страдаете излишним оптимизмом. Сидите и ждите! Вас много, а повар один. Завтраки здесь по утрам в стиле "а ля карт". Выбор 1 блюда типа омлета или блинов и 1 напитка. В общем, не объешься. 4. Сауна. Это единственное, что оставило приятные воспоминания. Довольно большое пространство, в котором смело могут разместиться 4-6 человек. С отдельными шероховатостями, можно поставить оценку "5" за мягкую светодиодную подсветку, теплый джакузи и эргономичные лежаки с подогревом. Плюсом является то, что кроме вас в сауну никого не пустят. По договоренности можно заказать массаж или спа-процедуры. За пару часов сауны 20 евро - вполне приемлемо. Общая оценка "3" вполне заслужена. Если бы в номере было поменьше полотенец и побольше клиентского сервиса, гости бы от этого только выиграли.

Reviewed By Sandra SWe did not find it run-down, as others have, but simple and comfortable. It is convenient to town, with a nice view. Breakfast was delightful--always some freshly made hot items. Sandra was particularly helpful in showing us how easy it was to get up to the national park to go hiking
