Never stayed, just eaten in the restaurant
Reviewed By nickbex2016We have eaten in the restaurant on a number of occasions with family. The service and the food have been consistently very good. The menu provides well cooked western European food, with equally well cooked Slovakian food. Aside from the pleasant restaurant, there is a separate smoking bar. Dont be put off by the smoking aspect, the aircon works, and you cant really detect the smoking. The coffee is excellent, as is the choice of drinks and cigars, and desserts. The hotel provides a playroom for children next to the bar, and in the summer a trampoline outside. Thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience.

Cozy, clean with helpfull staff
Reviewed By Peter_SlavkaNIce, clean, cozy, quiet with perfect location. Staff is helpfull and polite. We would reccomend this hotel as an base for travel around High Tatras. Prices are much lower and services are very good. Treetop Walk in Bachledka is just 25 min by car, Tatranska Lomnica 20 min. and Štrbské Pleso 40 min. Hotel is in the centrum of Kežmarok, close to castle, train station etc.

We arrived at evening and you received us. It took only one moment for us to feel comfortable and relaxed. We found Pension Albrechtt to be much more than we expected much more than regular pension. The considerable effort, thought, attention and soul that you give to each and every detail is so clear. Of course that all the rooms, facilities, furniture and design is nothing in comparison to your personality. We found you to be hearty, warm, thoughtful and one of the most welcoming person we ever met. The good taste, high standards, classy design that can be seen in any lamp, chair or plant. The sparkling cleanliness. These all are reflection of you and of the sheer joy in everything that you do. It has been our honor and privilege to meet you and be among your guests, The Agassi family.

Beautiful location, lovely personal, so much to see and visit - Beer bravery, choloclate-making exhibition, whiskey destilation exhibition, castles, rafting, hills, wellness right in house, sport pitch 10 steps away... Nothing Food is "made" locally on their own farm, it is the best i have ever eaten. Really beautiful place to be. Nothing I could say was bad. Really, take care of all your needs and much more.

Reviewed By MiroSKPenzion Kiska is located in absolutely city center of Kezmarok. Own parking in closed yard. Could be a little bit marked direction to the yard. But its easy to find it. Historical center is small and nice. Rooms are spacious, very stylish fornitured and clean. Possibility to order breakfest for 3€. You can chooze from several foods offer. Staff is OK. Very good value for the money. I have idea to stay there and make trip to High Tatras. Its very close and prices incomparable :)

Reviewed By johnygolfistaSkvelé ubytko v centre Kežmarku za rozumnú cenu. Stretol som sa s milým a ústretovým prístupom. Izbu som mal veľkú. Určite odporúčam aj pre páry a rodinky. Na penzióne cítiť zub času, no atmosféra a prostredie mi vytvárali len príjemné pocity. Odchádzal som s úsmevom na tvári ?

Vila Aurora is a fully renovated villa in the Tatra style, that had been a part of the rich history of the Tatra Spa (Tatrahaza), today offering comfortable accommodation for individual tourism, smaller groups, but in particular for those who appreciate privacy, a healthy and modern wellness style with catering provided by themselves.
Not worth the money!
Reviewed By matejh123Vila Aurora does not correspond to the provided description and photos. The object is very old, unclean and needs major renovation. No gas grill available, broked BBQ tools, broken coffee machine, burned microwave, dirty and broken kitchen supplies i.e knifes, pan, plates, cutlery etc. - totally disgusting, some windows are not possible to close, no central heating during the cold night so we woke up in the frozen room! The wellness area is open only until 21:00 and the small sauna in the underground is available for extra charge 17eur/hour. No privacy at all, owners visited the object multiple times without notification. Its kinda strange to find out that somebody walking in the object at 6:00am or 10:00pm. The owner was not available in time for check-out so we had to wait one more hour outside to leave the keys. No final invoice for the stay (the reservation was pre-paid) and also no invoice for extra charges (sauna, charcoal for grill) was provided, just the plain paper written by hand with requested amount. I already pointed with this to the Financial Administration of Slovak Republic. I strongly do NOT recommend this accomondation.

Reviewed By anna19992017The cottage wasn't good - old and dirty. In cottage was extrymly hot - heating didn't have any regulation. Lady (with hardcore make up) in the reception wasn't nice and she was offened when I asked about something or when I needed some help. Big plus for localisation, view and breakfast.
