English signage would help a lot but a woman saw me walking down the street looking a bit lost, and asked me if I was looking for Dengba. Come to find out, she’s the proprietor of it! She showed me in (I wouldn’t have found it otherwise) and I found a cool and bustling gem of a place. She spoke English well and was able to get me a taxi/minivan to Tagong as well. I got a private room en suite. The bed was comfy and the shower was clean with really hot water. It’s simple but great! The lobby is a place to meet other travelers and hikers. I really liked it here!

Small cosy hotel, with a nice view, and great food
Reviewed By mfragozoWe stayed in the Family room (2 kids 2 adults). The host are the best I've ever had. The food was delicious (fancy some Yak meat?). It is within walking distance to the town square, and the host can help you get transportation to Tagong Monastery, and the airport if needed. The bathroom and the rooms are warm. The staff does not speak English, but the menus, and the instructions are in English. We had a great time in Kanding, but the best was definitively when we came back to relax at this hotel, and dine in with the hosts.

Reviewed By 穿行西藏酒店位于跑马山脚下，一进大厅就感觉酒店很有藏族特色，办理入住的时候服务人员态度很好，讲解了许多周边好吃好玩的地方，酒店共三层楼，没有电梯，当时行李比较多，工作人员很热情的帮忙把行李拿上楼了，进房间后感觉很干净舒适，很有特色，后面是小区，晚上睡觉也不吵，第二天早上还有免费提供早餐，这次入住相当满意的，值得推荐一下

Reviewed By RNBKKIf traveling to Kangding by bus, this is the most straight forward accommodation, right across the station, and one of the managing staff speak good English… And if the hotel is full, he'll help you get in one of the few other places nearby.
