Reviewed By kapsha99Location of the hotel is good. Car parking is messy. Reception staff especially Hemlata is courteous and helpful. Although Check-in time is 12 noon, we reached around 2:30 but the rooms were not ready. Rooms itself were as expected. Towels needs replacements - carry one with you. Don't even ask about the view from the room. The next room TV sound was coming to the room. Room service takes very long. Restaurant seems to be a favorite place for people who want to dine and wine! Service is slow, hygiene level needs upgrade and staff needs grooming. Overall GRT group manages the properties well, but this one needs more attention.

This road is narrow and one gets a doubt if the hotel really exists inside that lane- but we found out that yes, it does!! The parking is OK, but no way as neat and paved as the pictures shown. The staff are very friendly, polite, courteous and helpful. One of them came the main road to help us navigate the rough narrow path the hotel. The rooms are rather basic, but neat and self contained. The restaurant in the hotel is very good indeed. THe food was excellent! Overall, a place that offers good value for money

Reviewed By swamyjvissRooms and common areas are neatly maintained. The hotel is bang on the main road .. There are no windows in all the double rooms except the 4 bedded and 5 bedded rooms. Rooms are small and hardly have specie for movement. No restaurant attached but room service is prompt and they get you whatever you want quickly from nearby Hotels. .Covered Parking is limited to 3 . I am told that they have a plot nearby where you can park your car. The main road is narrow and driving your car into the Hôtel requires some skill

MIXED BAG
Reviewed By travelsome4We were there in kanchipuram during christmas and there was huge rush everywhere. We had prebooked a hotel through yatra.com only to get disappointed that the hotel does not have any tie up with them. yatras customer care kept disconnecting the call as they could not come up with any solution I guess. We called many hotels only to learn they dont have any room left. finally pine tree people gave a positive reply. We reached the place after 30min of wading through the traffic. we had to wait for another 30 min for the room to be ready. the room was neat, the bed spread were soiled underneath the quilt. the bath room were too cramped. anti skid tiles had brown stains all over. walls need a new coat of paint. Their website mentions 2200 rs as tariff , but collected 2463 rs as the same. lift is yet to be installed. civil work is still going on. there is no in house restaurant, not even a kettle in the room for the morning coffee. pros are- got a room to stay at the last moment., there is water heater in the bathroom, so can get round the clock hot water. ample car parking space is a huge plus.
