Reviewed By spflea1951This hotel is probably the best option for a Jalpan stay. It is clean, the beds are very comfortable and the location is unbeatable. The restaurant is good although the restaurant service is somewhat slow, particularly at breakfast. Definitely great value for the money.

El personal que lo atiende es muy servicial y su trato familiar. El precio es economico, ya esta en construccion la alberca, que de seguro le dara un plus al hotel.

Reviewed By 52dantThe hotel is new & the rooms are furnished in a spare, modern style & have good, quiet AC. There is ample, secure, on-site parking. The hotel is located about 5 hilly blocks from the parque central. The walk is safe but is dark & somewhat isolated if walking at night. A decent continental breakfast is included. The staff is very helpful & nice. We would stay here again & recommend it without hesitation.

Cometí el error de reservar directamente en el hotel con cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito y me usaron la tarjeta para realizar compras un mes después. En síntesis pésimo servicio

Reviewed By Faridy79El hotel se ve prácticamente nuevo, las habitaciones son amplias, cuenta con aire acondicionado, tele. Esta limpio y cómodo. El personal es muy amable. Los precios son accesibles por lo que pagas. Lo único malo es que no estas en el centro de Jalpan pero es una buena opción si no encuentras hotel en el mero centro de Jalpan.

Brand new Hotel, come and spend time with us in our magic town with Hotel & Plaza JALPAN. We have a great location, at just 5 minuts walking to downtown and 6 to the church. Our rooms will amaze you, COME AND SEE.
Clean, bare bones, and cheap
Reviewed By ReadyForThisJellyWe needed a cheap, clean place to stay for a night while driving across the Sierra Gorda, and this hotel fit the bill. It's bare bones, but the room was spotless (as evidenced by the overpowering smell of cleaning products), the bed was comfortable, and the price was dirt cheap. A note on light/noise: The rooms face inside a dark hallway that blocks all natural light and noise from the town. This actually resulted in the best sleep of my trip. My rooms in Xilitla and Guanajuato faced outside and I was kept up all night by barking dogs and chickens. None of that at Hotel y Plaza Jalpan!
