Excellent location, very poor restaurant
Reviewed By KariTheOldExcellent location, beautiful view from rooms, very friendly reception staff. The restaurant is very poor if not disastrous. Only one waiter who is far from any professional customer service provides. An extensive menu, however, only two chicken dishes were available. No salads were available. Google maps are leading 19 km away from the hotel. Instead of fixing the problem, friendly advice on how to reach out is available if you call the reception. Technically the hotel is well built with quality materials. Plumbing was wrongly done in our bathroom. Consequently, water from the sink was running to the floor.

Terrible service
Reviewed By capisnIt was my first time to visit this hotel with my friend Terrible service of all kind I walked in for lunch on 19:01:2022 passed through the reception and the receptionist never bothered to engage us , the gentleman who was in restaurant told us to sit upstairs,we requested for a menu and a trainee presented the menu, we ordered 2x beef burger mw with cheese and bacon.immediately after placing the order I heard them from the background shouting that this guy doesn't no what he is ordering No communication was laid to me and I waited for 2hrs 15min only to end up walking away without eating and no one was bothered

Reviewed By 663carlysWe had a wonderful stay here! Hot water, beautiful views, and great food. If anything they could improve the road leading up to the hotel, but everything else was perfect. We felt very welcome by the staff as well.

Wonderful accommodations and excellent staff
Reviewed By jagoodanWe have stayed here on two occasions. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff treated us like royalty! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. The meals were wonderful. The resort is in a beautiful area- quiet and peaceful.

Very poorly managed hotel

They don't wash the pillows, the curtains and mosquito nets are dusty and stuffy, the rooms smell of sewerage. AVOID restaurant. Very notorious for food poisoning. The hotel is very poorly managed and needs a lot of improvement is room hygiene and food hygiene.

Worst place to visit in Homabay
Reviewed By 938geewThis is the worst place ever. Poor customer service, rude staff and management. Swimming pool extremely dirty. Should have read the signs on the wall when we found it deserted on a Sunday afternoon. I would never advise anyone to visit the place. Not worth your time and money.
