Budget Lodge - Enough good for one/two night stay.

The key areas of this lodge is as below - 1] It is near to Ganpatipule Temple. 2] Not most but enough cleanness to stay for one or two nights. 3] Warm gesture oriented staff & owner. As owner is living there itself so it is good for family as safety perspective. 4] They have their own restaurant. 5] Ample Parking space. Advice for owner - Need to improve in below area - 1] Please provide Packed Mineral Water, single small soaps & tooth-paste in room by taking additional charges. It costs max Rs.50 2] Break-fast should be ready at normal time i.e. 8 AM. 3] Provide min. 2 charging point and that should be near to Bed. Advice to traveller - 1] If you want to stay here then choose Balcony Room. So you can take experience of Fresh Air. 2] Carry your own mineral water bottles, soap & paste from outside shops.

Reviewed By TK5524A very nice place to spend your weekends. Helpful staff. Food quality is amazing. Just that do not go to bandarpule beach where the resort is located. Visit navre beach which is 2 km from the resort. It has scuba diving and watersports.

Good for Family Stays - Neat , Clean , Safe
Reviewed By CA_KedarI would say Value for money. Neat and Clean. Strategically located , not very far from Famous Pule temple , yet not very buzzing with crowd. Food quality is ok-ok , have a lot of scope to improve. Set Breakfast however was good. Very polite Owner as well as staff. Quick service and response time. Ample Parking even at the crowded place is added benefit. About Room : (We had booked Non A/C) - was Clean at acceptable level. However a little more supervision might do the right trick. As when we were allotted room , while Room was clean , the floor still had Beach Sand in ample lying on the floor. the same was resolved promptly on call. A Tea maker would have added more utility ,however the rate at which rooms are offered , no tea maker is ok too. Only one SPECIFIC suggestion to management - Bed Linens and Pillows have a lot of scope to improve. Stained / Old linens put off the mood of guest. OVERALL Verdict : 4 out of 5 Stars. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND for Families (w/ w/o Children.)

It is a beach touch property with 2 VILLAS and 6 executive rooms and 8 premium rooms with sea view Both villa are 1600 sq feet with 2 bathrooms,1 kitchen & a verandah 1) TWO BEDROOM VILLA - Has 2 double beds where 4 people can sleep on bed & 4 more people can sleep on floor mattresses. A/C and private kitchen. 2) THREE BEDROOM VILLA-Has 3 double beds where 6 people can sleep on bed & 6 more people can sleep on floor mattresses. AIR CONDITIONED and a private kitchen and 3) There are 6 executive rooms .2 to 3 people can stay comfortably in each room.4) there are 8 PREMIUM ROOMS WITH SEA VIEW All are airconditioned rooms

I booked Premium room with sea view for one day with lot of good reviews on Google, Booking.com and MMT, and hence my expectations were high. I reached around 5:30 PM and there was no warm welcome. Sanjay Chaudhary was the person only available in entire property. Room was allocated was not meeting even 2 star category of resort. There was no sea view from room. When we asked why not sea view then reason was given because of coconut tree growth sea view is not available now, then don’t know why MMT mentioned room category as premium with sea view. Really disappointed. Not worth for the price MMT is charging for such kind of rooms. There is no furniture in room except bed and one small wardrobe. Towels provided were smelling. Bed linen was ok. There is varanda for each room to seat and enjoy breakfast / dinner, however food is not served in room. After ordering food, need to go to resort restaurant only. Food test is ok. You can’t order a-la-catre breakfast, you need to book package and again breakfast will not be served in room. Looks like they do not have people to provide service to guest. Frequent electricity power cut and it may stay 10-15 mins sometimes. Difficult to stay without AC during power cut. Only BSNL network is available at facility. Wi-fi is good. Hotel area is good full of greenery which is only plus point I can see. Beach is 5 mins walk from villa. Malgund beach is polluted with lot of solid waste on the beach. No beach cleanup. Please contact property and ask for photos of room and view from room before booking this property. I will not visit again to this property. Travelled on 30th June 2022 with family.

Beautiful property and terrible service
Reviewed By thesumitaroraNot enough staff in kitchen, not enough food materials available. They just know to say sorry, only that's what they do. For each food order wait time is 90 minutes. Not enough housekeeping staff, if you call for towel, as an example, it will take 1 hour at least to get it, that too after 4 follow up. Better you go yourself, and get it from store.

Reviewed By Arun BStayed at this resort recently. It was a superb stay for us and the prices also are reasonable. Located just little inside in a by lane off the main road. Very peaceful place to stay. The hotel has 2 buildings and a restaurant building cum reception. The hotel has 2 wings... One is the regular building containing regular AC and Non AC rooms and other wing is a building with the cottage look. This cottage type building holds few rooms on ground plus 2 floors. Each room has 2 bedrooms and a common bathroom. The rooms are well maintained. Would love to stay again at this hotel.

Bad experience of Hospitality and Rude Staff Behaviour.
Reviewed By vivekawchat2310I had booked this resort from Ease mytrip. On 17/05/2022 we checked into the resort all problem started from there. We were attended by the staff at reception desk namely Mr. Mandar Survay for every question we ask him only two answers were given one is 'No'' and other is 'sir we are having full occupancy'. Even people were checking out of the hotel he was not ready to give us check in. The reason for this treatment is apparent that we did not booked the resort directly but via third party Application. Since they may not be getting good tariff from us they started treating badly. Moral of the story if u want good service you need to please Mandar Survay at the desk then only you will be treated good. My opinion not to book resort only because it has got good location and facilities but u need to consider that the human being needs to be treated as a guest and not like a profit making machine. My review is too poor in terms of hospitality all because of poor and rude reception staff who are working by giving reason of "FULL OCCUPANCY" Too Poor Mandar Survey. The owner needs to look into the issue on priority basis. Lastly Villa which they are providing is not maintained well instead we had stay at Executive Room with good view and amenities. Not to mention again since we booked it from Third Party App possibly they have given poor accommodation with the reason that we had booked it with discounted rates. Other bad experience was while staying at Executive Room we found that AC was not giving proper cooling so at about 11.00 am when we complain about it room boy came and changed battery of AC remote and he said problem is solved. Later on when we again made complaint at about 12 midnight technician came and removed AC filters and changed it after 20 mins. This concludes that only because we booked from third party app the service provided we terrible and we were treated as if we were liability. While checking out we were aware that we did not booked for complimentary Breakfast still the restaurant staff with a rude look had pointed out that for this breakfast we need to pay and it’s not complimentary. Do they find that people booking the resort from Third Party app cannot afford the resort that was the treatment we received. Therefore I say good hotel with bad hospitality. My wife asked for a drawing pin or a small first aid since her finger hurt because of something had pricked into her figure the answer given by the Desk Staff is that we don't provide any such facility. They need to understand the people book these resorts so that they shall be treated like guest and not liability because of full occupancy and they cannot discriminate guests on the basis of nature of their booking.
