Excellent hotel, excellent staff
Reviewed By guidoj740We stayed for 5 days with quite a flexible schedule. Adding days to the booking was no problem and when one of our plans was cancelled due to weather conditions, cancelling a day was also free. The hotel has e-MTB's for rent for a very fair price, the spa is really great, the rooms are tidy with good showers. At breakfast, everything is prepared fresh (even multivit juice and yoghurt) and the staff is super friendly all round.

Great place for a quiet relaxing few days
Reviewed By ParryBnBWe loved this hotel - it was rebuilt to the highest standards 5 years ago yet it fits perfectly into the mountain village of Brusago next to the church. The spa is really well designed and we were lucky to have it almost to ourselves. The food was superb - breakfast was a treat with lots of organic cereals and yoghurt, dinner was excellent too and there was even a mid afternoon merenda which was just right for our late lunch when we got back from our excursions up the mountain. The service was excellent and we felt that there was a happy mix of generations running the hotel which made it modern and traditional at the same time. Hope to go back soon.

Family ski trip
Reviewed By W4872GOlucysThe hotel is very nice and reasonably priced. We stayed in a suite with our 3 children and it was clean and comfortable. Lovely spa and pool. Food was plentiful and on the whole very good. Waiting staff were very attentive and friendly. Close to the lifts, nice village. My only complaint was the noise. There was a large group also staying, and having our room right above the hotel entrance we got noise from the smokers outside, people in the corridors, music playing, long after our childrens bed time. It would have been nice to have been put further away from the party goers so that our family could sleep. However, I would definitely return.

Boutique-ish hotel with personal service
Reviewed By BrooklynTrekkerThis is a small, modern and tastefully-designed hotel with a staff that is uniformly cheerful and helpful. It's located right next to the lift to the Pera ski area, and a short drive to Buffuare. Skiing elsewhere will involve a longer drive. It's on the main road in Bal di Fassa, which is good because Pera is not a big place, and you will find yourself driving out to rent equipment, to dine and to ski. Our room was rather small, but spic and span. Bed linens were a fitted sheet, plus a duvet inside a sheet. I would have preferred a flat sheet as well. One day out of four, the staff forgot to leave towels in the room, and we had to get them ourselves. Although I didn't see it listed on Trip Advisor, the hotel has a hot tub, a steam room and a sauna. (Never travel without a bathing suit!) Unfortunately, these musty be booked in advance (due to COVID-19?), and only one party at a time can reserve. My advice is reserve early for the length of your stay if you don't want to be tubbing at 9PM. The restaurant has a great breakfast. At dinner, its aspirations greater than its execution, but the price for the four course menu is reasonable. The hotel provides ski lockers, although we discovered at checkout there was a charge of EUR 2 per day for their use.

It was clean and the breakfast buffet had many selections so everyone could find something they liked. The ski room was also convenient. Didn’t use the spa because kids under 14 aren’t allowed.

We really had fantastic days with a lot of activities i.e walking and ebiking during the day, physio massages in the afternoon and wonderful breakfast & diners thanks to head cook Georgia in the evening. Absolute perfect accomodation close to the paradise !!! We will come back for sure by 100% !!! Grande - Perfetto - Incredibele - Fantastico - Meraviglioso - Stupendo - Magnifico !!!

Reviewed By Helen HOur room was very spacious and comfortable with a balcony facing out at the back of the hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and all Covid rules were meticulously observed. The spa area was a real treat after a day’s skiing. Each evening there was a choice of menus and the food was extremely delicious. I am not vegetarian but could understand that vegetarians might welcome a greater choice. The daily salad buffet was superb. The waiting staff were efficient and friendly. The location was very convenient for ski busses in both directions of the valley. The ski room was well designed and easily accessible. If returning to the area for any kind of holiday I would certainly return to the Cristallo.

Reviewed By Gail NBooked half board in a triple room and had a comfortable stay. Continental breakfast good as was the evening meal. Staff really helpful and the spa and pool was not packed after skiing. Would stay here again for a weekend.
