Reviewed By roblov992Pekný malý hotel , milý personál, čisté izby , pohodlné postele, skvelý výber na raňajky a dobrá cena. Na izbe malý kuchynský kút s varnou doskou, kuchynským vybavením a mikrovlnkou. Wifi na izbe rýchle. Hotel je pri ceste ale izba nebola hlučná.

past glory, but still good for some relax time
Reviewed By BrunoD1We spent a relax weekend here between Christmas and New Year. Price-quality ratio is excellent, but only because the price is indeed very reasonable. The hotel probably was absolute top 20 years ago, but shows signs of wear today. It would definitely benefit from some upgrading, especially in the wellness zone. This is the main attraction of the hotel, but leaves a lot to be desired for the experienced wellness user. The selection of sauna facilities is extensive, but simply not managed properly. Everybody walks in and out at will, including small children. Most wear swimsuits, some a towel which is distributed at the entrance and only very occasionally someone steps into a shower naked. The temperature in the steam sauna was hardly 30 degrees, which is not a sauna, but just a slightly warm room. While I was sitting in the traditional Finnish sauna someone opened the door and started drilling and beating. The very unique feature of a Rainforest cabin can never work properly because there is a five centimetre wide gap in the door. Also did not find any indications on how to properly use the wellness facilities, at least not in English. Really disappointing, because I absolutely love a good wellness experience. Suggestion: get a real wellness expert to reorganise the facilities, lock it off from the swimming pool, introduce time slots for adults only and naked only, relocate the bar and make sure everything works properly. Other minus points: defective features in the pool zone and beds were not made up after the first night. Oh, and please also give that poor bearded dragon a bigger terrarium. If you want to hold live animals, then allow them to live in proper conditions. But I do want to end on a positive note. The hotel definitely still has potential and could truly bloom again if some investments are made. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed a good massage, the buffet dinners were excellent, rooms are spacious and prices very reasonable.

Reviewed By evka18It is hard to define target group for this hotel. For budget travelers there is camping and bungalow houses for low prices available nearby. For families with kids it is quite inconvenient and for people seeking higher standards and good service it just doesn't deliver... Rooms are spacious, but not very clean, carpets are dirty and there are also black spots in the shower looking like mold and spiders in bathroom... Breakfast selection is very limited. We spent 2 nights here and the dinner menu (4 dishes) were the same both days. From what I tasted, cook is using way too much salt in everything. During the dinner serving time there was huge delay in service and people were waiting for the table with nobody managing the seating. One thing I do not understand is having door closers on all the room doors. I find it quite unnecessary on hotel room door (who leaves their hotel room door opened?) and it causes door slamming whole day long (very inconvenient, when your kid sleeps next door...) The hotel spa center in nice and cozy, even though some parts were out of service :(, but not really a great benefit, when there is big thermal spa 100 meters from hotel.

They require full payment of your booking in advance, straight way when u step into reception. They probably know why they doing this, because lots of people will just run away. We wanted as well, as soon as we saw our room, later pools downstairs and the disgusting school cantine, which they are calling ,,restaurant". Not even one thing was all right in here. Huge language barriers from staff in the reception, same in the restaurant. Rooms small, dirty, disorganised, no such a things like one use mini shampoo or shower gel. Poor choice and poor amount of food in the ,,restaurant", same as their serving times. Like they are expecting every guest being in bed by 8pm like elderly people. Awful. When we saw the pools, we didn't wanted to get in. Such a dirty water, every pool was cold, not even one pool had decent temperature and the amount of people was just incredibly ridiculous. They allow public people using the pools as one day pass. Thats just not ok. At the reception we been asked to put masks on, but any time afterwards was OK to walk around without it and I don't understand why they are maintaining social distancing still, if downstairs in the pools was people head on head, literally 200 people all together in the pools. We wouldn't come back to this rubbish even if it was for free.

Reviewed By Mereg82Posto molto accogliente, parcheggio interno privato, pulito e la titolare gentilissima e disponibilissima, ottima colazione preparata con attenzione, location a tema. Ho soggiornato per 4 notti per un evento al circuito Slivakiaring che dista a 15min in auto. Tornerò sicuramente l’anno prossimo, vivamente raccomandato.

Reviewed By Zdena13Ochota a vstřícnost. Čisté, moderně zařízené apartmány. Neponičené zařízení. Příjemné posezení na mole. Nedostatkem bylo, že jsme byli ubytováni v apartmánu pod úrovní země, takže v ložinici byla tma. Dále při otevřeném okně pronikal dovnitř hluk ze silnice. Předpokládám, že v apartmánech v patře tento problém není. Byli jsme tam jen na dvě noci a přišli jsme jen přespat, takže nám to až tak nevadilo. Cení se i blízkost k termálnímu parku.
