Nice hotel with great animation team
Reviewed By 454markpClean Rooms Nice Pool indoors and outdoors Only dropped 1 star due to very little information received during check in. No explanations of the facilities. Only told about meal times. Had to do a walking tour around the place to figure it all out ourselves. All staff very friendly. Animation team was amazing. Had a lot of fun playing darts, boule, ping pong, dancing, water polo and much more. Kids club was especially appreciated. Zoha was great with the kids! The entire animation team was very friendly and took the time to talk to everyone.

Beyond the hotel itself once you'll get to the beach about 5 minutes no more, you'll probably meet Zakaria ou Mustapha with their camels and horse, they were quite reliable if you want to organise some day trips from the Aqua Beach Resort

They are around all day and take care of everyone from children to older couples. The food was not superb but was ok for a 4 star hotel. It actually never stops from 7am to 9pm! The all inclusive bars are a blessing!! Would definitely go back!

Reviewed By ladolcev638I’m not recommending this hotel at all ,I really upset and mad about the racism of the manager of the hotel , I arrived around 10 pm with my friend we have booked 4 nights ,they didn’t even let us to go inside to the reception the security asked for the reservation so we showed him the confirmation ,he said wait here then he came back he asked for vaccines we showed him then he said ok wait a little he went inside then he back again he said sorry you can’t stay in this hotel , i shocked we said why ? he started to say no reasons then when we start to argue with him to let us go to the reception to see what’s the problem he told us look I’m just a security and the manager he said we don’t accept guys you need to be with girls to can get inside the hotel, I’m not going to club to ask for couples ,i have a confirmed reservation and we don’t have enough money to stay in another hotel because we booked all inclusive in this hotel we have only pocket money so you want us to sleep in street he said it’s not my business stay where ever you want ,So we understand that because we are not from Europe so they didn’t respect us it’s mean we speak same language same religion but unfortunately we don’t accept each other’s i regret that I didn’t call the police in same time I really was tired from that trip ,I traveled aloot and i saw alot but i never saw like these people or rules anywhere . I will not forget-this hotel in whole my life and i will write about it every where in all the pages and i will send emails to all travel agencies that i know in every country that i visit i will not forgot how i was struggling in that cold night on street till i found another hotel .

I would really recommend it .For the excursions outside i would recommend Ali nearby the restaurant. Oh and dont forget the very friendly waiter from the theesalon.

Our room was huge, super well equipped, and very comfortable. The hotel has a great SPA, many outdoor pools and the beach is right in front of it. We also enjoyed the food at their restaurant, they also offer some vegan options. This place is absolutely perfect for families, couples, and friends!
