Reviewed By JoergS232Great location at lake Reschen with perfect view (snow a little uphill beginning of August) for a short stay on a Transalp from Munich to lake Garda with racing bikes. Great dinner, pool, sauna and relaxing rooms. Very friendly staff and bike garage. Not cheap but a good value after biking Fernpaß and Reschen while raining. Great for regeneration to restart for Vinschgau with up to 30 degrees starting at around 4 degrees at lake Reschen. A plus is a well equipped bike garage to spend some additional oil to the chain of my Bianchi bike from the 70s.

Reviewed By SteveAA48Nice hotel with modern rooms and facilities. Good views across the lake. Easy bus access to skiing although many people seem to drive. Very good food & service. Nice lounge area with wood fire and adjoining bar. Wellness areas are great although can get busy. It is on the main road but only a small village so not much traffic. Would strongly recommend and hope to return next year.

Visit did not meet expectations, too expensive
Reviewed By P-D-K88We booked a family room, located on the 2nd floor. The engine room was located next to our room, very noisy! Also there’s a funny smell in the hallways. The hotel is located at the entrance of a tunnel, but nearby the lake (walking distance). No water and no drinks in the mini bar. Food is average. When checking out, no one asks if you enjoyed your stay… just pay the bill. The hotel management clearly invested in their facilities, but there’s still room for improvement in terms of hospitality.

Reviewed By 3chooksVery clean, family run hotel. Staff are caring and will go out of their way to help guests (even offering to drive us to the medical centre in Graun). Absolutely made our stay in Reschen a lovely time. Bicycles were safely stored in the garage.

Reviewed By Lill_romeThe hotel is in a perfect position, near slopes, bus passes free to take you and back .every 20 mins. The hotel rooms are elegant and simple, very spacious, cleaned quickly and efficiently! The restaurant and pizzeria are great and the food is delicious. They have an indoor swimming pool and shops in walking distance. Loved my stay. Ricky the owner is a gentleman. The staff is very kind.

A real gem
Reviewed By pollyf6969It was the best welcome we received out of all the hotels and B & B's we stayed in on our tour. Haans Peter was warm friendly and couldn't do enough for us. On arrival he offered us a welcome drink which was gladly received as it was very warm. The room was very clean with a balcony looking out over stunning scenery. The breakfast was beautiful using his own home produced milk and yoghurts. When we tour again next year we will definitely look into staying here again.

You can also enjoy the culinary arts on vacation on Lake Reschen: The half-board at the Hotel Theiner in Graun spoils you with the best products from the Vinschgau region, a generous breakfast buffet in the morning and superb, freshly prepared 3-course meals in the evening. Recently, the Hotel Theiner has been redesigned. Enjoy new and beautiful rooms, a new wellness area with Finnish sauna, steam sauna and a cozy relaxing area, a new guest lounge and much more to offer you all imaginable comfort. What has remained are the personal touches and the familiar atmosphere. The hosts Robert and Claudia attach great importance to this values, so that you can feel at home also during your holidays.
Unwillingness to make changes to our booking
Reviewed By Guanda1975Very negative feedback due to the fact that despite the hotel has been advised in advance of our difficulties to confirm the booking because of very bad weather forecast (motorcycle trip) there wasn't any readiness to find an alternative solution. The hotel has received a considerable deposit of the total amount as booking confirmation and I have to remark no willingness on the part of the hotel management to try to satisfy our needs having request to translate the booking in a different period of time (within 1 month in any case).
