Upon arrival there was monkey feces on the lobby furniture and in the hallways. It was there for several hours before it was cleaned up. When exiting the elevators, one whole side of the building was open to the outside and under construction. There were mattresses lined up along the walls in the hallway. The rooms were filthy dirty and there were large stains on the linens. The water from the pipes was brown and had an unpleasant smell. The toilet flushed once and then ran consistently and wouldn’t flush again. I was joined by several spiders and their webs in the shower. There were monkeys and peacocks which were fun to watch, but also prevented you from using the balcony. We were there with a group of 30 and switched hotels after one night.

Worst stay ever - stayed with frog, spiders and termites.
Reviewed By AbdulMajeedPHave booked 5 cottages in the property. Four are ok though the doormats are unclean, TV not working, heater not working. However, the 5th cottage was horrible. It is full of spider and spider webs. There were frogs and termites in the washroom. Room is not in any condition to stay. Moreover, there is no power backup which disrupts water flow in the washroom. No free internet as claimed by the hotel. I don't recommend to stay in this resort unless you like the accompany of frogs, spiders, and termites. Post check out update - Had done this booking through Makemytrip. I have reported the problem the day of check out (I could not do during the stay at hotel as there is no cellular range & no wifi in the property though they claim) to MMT and even after 15 days, there is no proper response from MMT. Be careful when you prepay.

Clean and nothing else
Reviewed By kashgoBasically clean with plenty of elevators even for a 3 storeyed hotel. We liked it being quiet and clean. We didn't like the terrible internet, the lack of coffee and tea in the rooms and the slow service. The bar was 100 ft away on the same level as our floor with a bunch of youngsters getting sloshed. We asked for some beer delivered to our room. Took 20 minutes and they refused to provide the complimentary chips and nuts as that was only available if we drank in the bar which we didn't feel comfortable doing as a family. We ordered some munchies via room service that came in tiny portions. We asked for ice and got 8 cubes melting in an open bowl. Breakfast was good but started 15 minutes after the 8 am opening time. So this place was basically a no frills bed and nothing else.

The Bell Flower Hotel, located in Ooty, is a delightful piece of property that has managed to manifest the beauty of an actual flower. The rooms are painted in natural colours and the beds are comfortable. There are numerous windows in the rooms that allow ample sunlight and fresh air. Some rooms also have the provision for a personal balcony. All rooms have a queen-sized bed. The hotel also provides a common seating space and a restaurant. There are CCTV cameras installed everywhere for a safe and secure stay. There is also a power backup for uninterrupted comfort at the hotel.

Reviewed By SumithD_13You do not have many options in Courtallam or Shenkottai. This is one of the better ones. So you cannot really complain. In all my years of travelling this was the first hotel that offered me a price cheaper than some of the famous online booking portals. Came in late around 10.00 pm and left next day around 10.00 am. Everything is just basic and if you have come to enjoy the Courtallam falls it is just a stone's throw away. Hotel does not have a restaurant. Only one boy running around to help. Got a towel and soap etc on request.

BEST OPTION IN TENKASI
Reviewed By girihariI have been visiting Tenkasi for over 25 years and have stayed in different hotels. Fount this hotel as one of the best ever in this small city. New property, rooms with all modern amenities. 24 Hours hot water and good air-conditioning system, ample of parking space. Check-in/ Check-out experience was very pleasant. Room tariff is very competitive. Hotel does not have a restaurant. However, there are veg/non veg food available nearby. Tenkasi Temple [Periya Koil] is at walkable distance. You will find food stalls opposite the temple, which offer tasty food at very reasonable rates.
