Reviewed By Marie090909Cozy and relaxing hotel for any kind of stay. The staff in all the hotel is very friendly and resourceful. Very flexible with our requests and they go out of their way to accommodate us. That pool is mostly hot but refreshing and is has an inviting and beautiful color.

Great hotel on a quiet street
Reviewed By Christopher VVery quiet at night even though you are in the center of SPS. The area is safe during the day time but, like anywhere really, walking around at night is a different story. The hotel itself is lovely and has a real old school feel (everything is real wood!) even though it was built in 2009.

Great Place to be Stuck During COVID-cancelled Flights
Reviewed By yobeiThis has to be the nicest large hotels in San Pedro Sula. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. Hot water and good pressure were reliable in the shower. Downstairs are a few shops for buying souvenirs. The restaurant has a buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with reasonable prices, and breakfast is included. The hotel is within walking distance of a couple malls. We went to Multiplaza San Pedro Sula (15 min) for lunch and shopping. Also, hospital CEMESA is within walking distance (10 min), so we were able to get our COVID tests with results emailed to us in a few hours before flying back to the US. The hotel has good security, and guests must show their room keys before entering the parking area. Taxi vans are available outside the hotel for transport to the airport (30 min drive).

They were very careful about Covid safety and made us feel at home. They even provided coffee and fruits at 4:30 AM when were leaving for the airport!

Reviewed By Dr-JAS-AUSTINMade an Expedia reservation for this Hotel (cabins) and got the largest room per Expedia will accommodate up to 6 people but at checking in the manager report is only for 2 people reservation per Expedia, ( a false advertisement) well had to get another room that I had to pay $ 200 dollars for a room is advertised on Expedia for $ 89 dollars. Be careful from a false advertise and “Money hungry manager “ I think the people that work on the hotel and installations are nice and very helpful people. Another think be aware of the hours, some members of my family arrived after 7 pm and they couldn’t order anything to eat after that time, what king of Hotel do that??? And plates food servings very small portions like for a kids.

Worst Time Investment In DayPass Room
Reviewed By Pedro MDaypass was horrible $40 and they give you a room that is not clean and ready, also with bad smell and dirt on the floor. So sad they do that I definitely would not take my international guest to book in there. I rather pay more in other hotels daypass and I know si have clean room and desinfected too.
