Reviewed By Christopher GThe host at this B&B was very accommodating, sorting parking before our arrival when the town was closed for the local carnival. He also provided a helpful guide to the area. The room was recently renovated with a large balcony with views over the town to the sea. The bathroom was modern with a large shower and the room comfortable. Breakfast included meats and cheeses plus an excellent homemade orange cake - despite us being the only guests that evening.

Reviewed By apocalypsenow66First time ever in Cilento and through TA we landed in this location. We got a so precious support/guidance by the owner - Vincenzo - on the “to do list”. Where to go, what to visit, where to eat (reservation included) were always perfectly fitting with our wishes and needs. Charming room, Palinuro outstanding view, delicious breakfast and evening chat in the garden complete the rest. L’immenso.

The room was clean and comfortable, good soundproofing. Despite the Hotel we found Palinuro City not so beautiful, like the coast/caves that are nothing special. Breathtaking Summer sunset.

Reviewed By simonasp860Stayed for one night on a route to Sicily. Staff was friendly, location is excellent, however, i would not call it a 4 star hotel. The rooms were clean enough, but balconies were filled with old leaves and no concierge. I always carry bags myself even when there is a concierge, but just you can not ask such price for a room if you do not have one. Furthermore, we just got the key and reception just said room's location and where is the elevetor. I have never seen this before, usually anything above 80+ eur for a night you always get escoreted to the room, and we payed here 140+ eur. I got mixed feelings as i was in 1-2 star hotel.

A real example of excellent hospitality
Reviewed By Ida PGreat atmosphere, clean and tidy rooms. We spent a week in August with my husband. We were warmly welcomed by the manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the food was excellent (we always asked for a bis!) Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. It is well worth trying!

Reviewed By Anna444_11We stayed 2 days on a B+B basis. Self catering is available and there were families enjoying their holiday in apartments. There is a a really good supermarket within walking distance, which is well stocked. The rooms were clean and towels changed everyday and it was obvious that they really try to look after the rooms and public areas. The breakfast provided had a good selection of foods and beverages, the staff friendly. The only constructive criticism that I will make regards the pool bar.The drinks - mainly cocktails were dreadful, I don't think the young person really knows how to make them and were mainly topped up with tonic water, no matter what you asked for! When paying the bill there were some discrepancies regarding the bar, so I would say get a receipt and we were charged for the water in the mini bar which we didn't use but I couldn't be bothered to challenge reception on payment after discussing the bar.

EXTRA: Beach service (when use it) to be paid locally. The Small pets are welcome, but do not have access to the common areas. And also car-transfer service (minibus and limousine Mercedes) - Excursions on foot and by boat (with or without a guide) - airline reservations, rail, sea-babysitting-medical THAT SERVICE IN THAT MAKES MORE PLEASANT STAY The transference from and to the beach (a few minutes) is on request and not at fixed times, then it will be like having a taxi available! For those who want to spend the entire day at the beach or hiking opportunity to take advantage of the "pocket lunch Bay" .

We loved the view from our room in the first floor: unbelievable!!! One of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen at the restaurant terrace (ps the food was so good just like any other Italian restaurant). Genuinely would love to go back to Palinuro and would definitely go back to this hotel
