The hotel offers a splendid view over the lake, Garh Palace and Taragarh fort and most of the tourist attractions are in walking distance. We offer a cosy and enjoyable home feeling stay, in a picturesque setting with historic details and charming hospitality. We have a real taste of Indian food. Our roof top restaurant offers authentic and delicious homemade Indian cuisine, as well as continental and Chinese specialties on the edge of the old town, but still very peaceful.

Reviewed By ClaireT1721This is a lovely heritage hotel just outside the town but walking distance to the lake. I stayed one night for a wedding and it was such a nice experience. The owner is a delightful young man who speaks good English and was hospitable even though it’s still quiet after Covid, and it was Eid do he was trying to celebrate ? The rooms aren’t 5 star luxury but then the price isn’t either. It was pretty and clean and comfortable and I had A/C and a window seat I worked in looking out at the world go by. In the morning monkeys jumped around and looked in my window ?

The hotel is located in the middle of Sadar Bazaar opposite the Purani Kotwali. There are 21 rooms in three categories (Standard, Deluxe and Suite), all with attached bathrooms and modern amenities. There is a rooftop restaurant serving indian cuisine with a few continental dishes. The restaurant gives a panoramic view of the fort and palace.
Bundi is such a damned place
Reviewed By Har7hNo fault of the hotel, but Bundi is such a damned place. Unlike tourist spots that try to attract tourists, or the ones that are indifferent to it, and take no measures to encourage tourism, Bundi feels like it's making special effort to keep tourists off. I have visited throughout India, all of Rajasthan, but haven't seen a city as horrible as Bundi. The streets are narrow, like narrow as hell, with traffic to the brim of it, full of horns, pedestrians, two wheelers, cars, randomly parked vehicles, cows all covering a 12 foot road throughout. No effort by the city authorities to atleast make way so that any tourist can reach the fort and destinations. The Traffic is very very bad. Your four wheeler won't enter the roads, and if you're stubborn, they'll get stuck. My car couldn't reach this hotel that I booked and seeing the hotch-potch of this city I let go of my reservation and dashed out of this god forsaken city at once, well.... in an hour actually cuz of the traffic. No parking at the hotel. No prior information by the hotel that you should take this or that route to reach the hotel or that four wheeled vehicles can't reach it. If you're an Indian visiting with family, avoid this city. If you're a foreigner reaching by bus or some other transport, staying at this hotel, and walking about the narrow streets, it might work for you, but hey, there are much better places to visit in India. So be your own judge.

Reviewed By RhythmRozarioNow this is beyond my second or third time to this place and i am still not bored coming back to this beautiful homestay, overlooked so nicely by the host (Shivam). Located in the main city & bazaar area with having a 360 View from terraces of the property overlooking the Taragarh fort and the 4 corners of Bundi on the hills around. The rooms are comfortable and have been renovated recently and again it is a perfect architect what you get inside. Hot water + attached toilets + Kitchen makes it so easy for bag-packers in terms of amenities as well as on your pocket. If you are thinking to visit Bundi, don't forget to check yourself in here, even if its for a night. The rooms are mostly sold out as travellers come and stay for weeks & months sometimes. Keep up the good work Shivam and keep getting the appreciations from around the world. All the best !! hoping to return soon.

There is hot water all day and WiFi working around the property. Besides they provide you towels at no extra cost. Location next to the small lake and near the palace and the market. The views from the rooftop are wonderful.

Rooms were nice and clean Staff was very friendly and super helpful. They have a roof top garden. It was great view from there. Very comfortable stay and super value for money. If you are in Bundi or planning to visit Bundi this is the place to stay.

Reviewed By Barb MMy father and I stayed here for 3 nights in February and we were so happy we found this little gem. The rooms are bright, clean, big comfy beds and hot showers. Each room has a great view. It is a short walk to the Fort or to the temples near the lake behind the hotel. We had breakfast on the nice rooftop and watched the sun set behind the hills. It was a quiet, safe, comfortable place to relax. The couple that own the hotel live on the premises and were always available to help us, they booked our onward transport for us and saw us off. I will definitely stay here again.

The tree house was the perfect spot for birdwatching...from treepais to green pigeons, migratory ducks and geese to variety of owls and a lot of parrots... Tents are cozy, perfect for rainy and winter seasons. Authentic Rajasthani delicacies were quite satisfying and more than anything else Shivam Bana's (owner of the property) vibe is very humble and welcoming. Would highly recommend a visit and stay.

Too costly breakfast and lunch and dinner will kill your total savings of trip. and if you argue owner says keep the money we don't want anything from you. really unpleasant stay of my life,

The gem of this place is really the structure and its owner. The owner was very kind, accomodating and hospitable. And he gave all that we requested. The dinner he served was great. The owner even gave our baby little Keychain toys. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at braj. The owner made our stay at bundi worthwhile.

Reviewed By Rachana440The haveli is situated at the best location. Fort is 10 min away and the main market too. The family is so supportive and helpful when it comes to anything. We got the room with Lake view as well as fort view. The room was neat and clean. It was my birthday and they all celebrated it like a family . I was so emotional and so grateful they way they have treated us . I didn't feel like a guest there. We had an amazing time with all of them. It's more like home rather than a hotel. The view is so mesmerizing from the roof and from the room as well. Thank you for your love and kindness. Means alot. This memories gonna stay with us whole life . Lots of love ?
