If you are looking for a family friendly hotel, a hotel that offers incredible services like beach service for food and beverages, free wifi and amazing food, this hotel is for you. The staff is kind and will do everything to help you. If you’re thinking of staying in a resort or some big hotel, think twice because you won’t get this kind of customer service anywhere else. Furthermore the beds are incredibly comfortable and will give you the night rest that you deserve after a long day at the beach. The hotel offers umbrellas with beach chairs for a very small price, to add to that, there is always a beach boy to bring to you your food and beverages. The ambiance that this hotel gives will always bring a good mood to the ensemble. It has an outside playground for children and is perfect for families with young children. To finish this off, on my next visit to Greece I am definitely coming back there!

Reviewed By georgesE171LKVisited with my family. The hotel doesn’t offer free parking as advertised. It is located on the busy main street, with definately no sea views as it is also advertised. Everything is so misleading about the hotel. The rooms smell of mould and urine coming from the drain within the bathroom, which it is draining dirty water from the underground pipes. Aircon is underworking, the room didnt cool down as you would expect. No minibar within the room, definitely its 4star status should be reviewed!!Very overpriced for what it offers

Great place for relaxing vacation
Reviewed By bubamaricaThis place has everything you need for peaceful and relaxing vacation. Everything is new, rooms are nicely furnished, garden and the whole exterior are clean and decorated. It really seems that someone made an effort to make this place comfortable and pleasant to stay. Rooms are regularly cleaned and the stuff takes care about towels and everything you need. I must say that they are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is great, so you won't make mistake if you get it. Since it is located in a quiet area, it takes about 5min drive to get to Asprovalta (it is recommended to get there by car). I really recommend this place for relaxing vacation. Everything is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and the service is great.

Extremely clean rooms, helpful staff. The hotel garden is great and well maintained. Breakfast was very delicious and varied. Owner Maria is very kind and ready to help. I want to thank Maria and all the staff for the wonderful stay at the hotel.We are already in Varna still feeling Greece in our hearts. Kamers zeer schoon en fris en alles in top conditie! Ontzettend gezellig op het terras gezeten waar ons een heerlijk wijntje en schoteltje tomaten met kaas werd voorgeschoteld door de eigenaren, wat een top service!! Wij komen zeker nog terug!

Good accommodation
Reviewed By ney_sparkThis small hotel / pension & restaurant Konstantinoupolis is located on the main road from Asprovalta to Nea Vrasna. The restaurant is open 24 h, there are a lot of truck drivers stopping overnight, therefore the rooms located on the front of the building are noisier (not recommended if you want to sleep with the balcony door open during the night). We booked this hotel because of the price (very affordable) through booking.com for 10 nights in a sea-view room. When we got there, we were told that we would stay for 5 nights in a room and then change for the rest of our stay to another room. Of course, the 2nd room is what booking.com gave us (a double bed with a sea-view). Otherwise, the rooms are quite large, AC is included in the price, running hot water, clean towers & linens. They clean the room daily & change the toiletries every 3 days. The hotel is located 200 meters from the small pebbles / sandy beach. The breakfast (included in the room rate) is ok - quite varied for a 3 star hotel (butter, 2 types of jam, cheese, ham, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, coffee, milk & cereals), fresh bread. The orange juice is horrible, undrinkable (smells like medicine), for sure not a natural juice. Although the breakfast is good as variety, during our 10 days stay, they were alternating only the type of eggs available. Otherwise, the hotel is nice, simple furniture for the price that we paid. Parking available at all times, did not have an issue. Wi-fi quite weak signal in the rooms. No staircase to lean when entering the restaurant from the rooms area, actually I slipped on the stairs and got a serious injury (not recommended for small children). This is one very important thing that they can improve.

The lovliest place
Reviewed By DinaDendaWe hit the jackpot when we found this place. ? The rooms are as clean as they can be, very bright and spacious, with beautiful decor. From the very first moment we entered, we saw that they are furnished with a lot of love and attention to details. They have everything you need. The location is good: in the center, on the main street and only 5min of walking from the beach. You can park your car next to the building, in the fenced space, so you don't have to worry about that. Stamatia and her family are the perfect hosts. They did everything in their power to make us feel at home and they were always there to help us in any way. ️❤️ We would highly recommend Stamatia apartments and we will for sure come back. ?

Reviewed By Anastasia_KitsouΤο κτήριο είναι καινούριο, το δωμάτιο ήταν άριστα εξοπλισμένο (πετσέτες, σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρα, είδη προσωπικής υγιεινής), φωτεινό και πολύ καθαρό Η κουζίνα άριστα εξοπλισμένη (κουζινάκι, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα, πιάτα, μαχαιροπίρουνα κ.τ.λ.) . Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή θέση κοντά στην παραλία και στο κέντρο του χωριού, πολύ κοντα σε εστιατόρια, εμπορικά καταστήματα και καφετέριες. Άνετο parking κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ευγενικοί εξυπηρετικοί και πάντα διαθέσιμοι. Περάσαμε αξέχαστα.... Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!
