Reviewed By aastha_proIt is a fine hotel in the city. The rooms are quite good and the service is awesome. However, according to my opinions the food needs to be a little bit improved. I would also suggest a better maintainance of the rooms. However, if you're looking for a budget stay in Asansol, you can definitely check into this hotel.

TOUGH TO STAY FOR ONE NIGHT.
Reviewed By desighosalWe, the families of five friends stayed in the hotel on 13-03-2020 for one night only. Air conditioner was not working and moreover water was falling from the AC. Response of the staffs was late and very poor. The taps of the bathrooms were not working properly. I stayed at room number 407 and one bulb was on through out the night. I have not found any switch to put off the light. Called for a staff who also unable to find any switch. The result was sleepless night for two of us. The lift was not in running condition. The authority have to take bold steps for improvements of the hotel services.

Reviewed By bamboocdWe had stayed at Citi Residenci, on the 17th, 18th and 19th of Feb in Asansol for my sister’s wedding. It was a comfortable stay, thanks to the efforts of Debashish and his team. They took care of all the preparations quite efficiently. The food was sumptuous, and the hotel complex is super clean, and the team had taken care of the hygiene and cleanliness, right from day one. It’s a must recommend if you’re travelling to this region. Hats off to the team for making our stay and the wedding a memorable one!

Most 3rd class behavior Of GENERAL MANAGER Of this hotel MR. TANMOY GHOSH. Restaurant service r bery bad rooms r very dirty and Hygienic they not use Sanitizer in rooms only using room freshner and called that is Sanitizer. Rooms washrooms smell is very bad all over the hotel take out of 10 is 1. Stuffs are don't know english and hindi they known only bengali.

Reviewed By KuntalGangulyI have stayed in this hotel so many times and must say that every time found its degrading its status due to some bad quality staffs. Finally I decided to stop booking here and shifted to other option like Fern or Grand hotel.
