Our restaurant supplies a wide range of regional and Italian plates, guests can choose from main course to second course, entree buffet and dessert; periodically offers typical or theme dinners and live music. Our flagship is the Wellness Centre where, according to the filosophy of the best nordic tradition, guests can benefit psycophysical effects. It's open everyday from 11:00 am to 7:00pm or upon request from 7:00 in the morning, it has included Roman Bath, Steam Sauna, Emotional Showers, Ice Waterfall, Iodium terapy room with Himalayan Salt, Pinus Cembra Finnish Sauna, Biosauna and relax room. We offer sensational Aufguss (jet steam) realized by our Sauna Experts. Integrated in the Wellness Centre is the big Whirlpool: over 50 square meters with more than 3 levels of hydro-massage, included waterfall and geyser. We inform that swimsuits are forbidden in the whole Wellness Centre area and the entrance for underage people is allowed only if used to the usage of Saunas and followed by the parents. Our Beauty Farm will cuddle you with reinvigorating massages and treatments done just with natural products from our region, thanks to our beautician's savy experience.
Comfortable Hotel
Reviewed By janda007We recently stayed at this hotel for a family holiday. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms of a good size. There was plenty of hanging space and the area by the door was really useful for hanging out damp skiwear and boots. Our shower was a bit small but other rooms have bigger showers. I was told none of the rooms have a bath which is a pity as after skiing I love to have a bath and relax my muscles. The breakfast was amazing, such a large selection on the buffet. It would be good to have a machine so that we could make our own coffee and not have to rely on the waiters who are busy. The evening meal was nice and the staff were very good at giving more simple food for the children (13 and 15) if we asked. The puddings were delicious and the restaurant offered all the dishes in a Gluten free way. The vegetarian dishes were a bit disappointing (fried cheese) and one risotto which obviously had a fish based stock which was replaced with something else. Luckily the salad bar was always plentiful. The bar is comfortable and there were evening activities organised for smaller children and cards for the adults. The bedroom had a kettle and a fridge. 2 fruit teabags were offered on day one and not replaced. I bought some teabags and milk so I could have a cup of tea in the afternoons. The staff were very friendly and nothing too much trouble. The only downside for us was that the swimming pool and Spa are completely naked, no swimming costumes allowed as apparently they are "toxic". Therefore none of us used the facilities at all which was extremely disappointing as basically we paid for facilities which we didn't use. Brits (especially teenage girls) are not used to naked Spas and despite the staff saying "it's the European way" and "it's more hygienic" when our friends stayed there a few years ago swimming costumes were allowed. So on the whole I loved the hotel, food and staff but was disappointed in the Spa.

Reviewed By Luki BWe stayed one week in hotel Paganella and we loved the place. First of all superior room was great, second welness is absolutely amazing. Owners made us feel very chilled and we felt there Great. Ski lift is just on the other side of the road- the Best location in Andalo. We will come there next year for sure! Breakfast typical Italian- lots of good cakes, very good coffe, but there is yoghurt and some bread, cheese and eggs so you will find something for sure. Thank you! There is just one very small thing- Please give some vegetables for breakfast ?

Not as crowded as it may probably be in winter time but the breakfast services and facilities were outstanding at handling guests traffic. I could see that this hotel went thru several expansions, however the rooms and rest of ambiences are very well maintained down to details. Centrally located and convenient parking, offers access to city center at short walking distance. Check in a check out experiences were quick and efficient, as well. Kids had good times at the pool too. Lovely!

Reviewed By mufloneJust a few minutes walk from the lifts, this hotel offers good services for a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and spacious, there's an underground parking and a ski deposit, and a good selection for breakfast (especially the cakes). Also offering a "merenda" between 4 and 5 is a nice addition. Like the whole of Andalo, it's so kid friendly that the majority of the guests have children, so maybe it's not ideal for romantic getaways...

Reviewed By 383laviniagThis is our third time here. Very nice hotel, with shops and spa area nearby, nice staff, very good food, comfortable beds, clean rooms. Our hosts Matteo and Giovanna were very friendly and helpful. The free ski buss takes the skiers to the slopes every day. We stay there for the New Years Eve party also. There was an amazing atmosphere, plenty of food, very good italian wine! We will return here for sure every year. ???

Le attività che offre Dolomiti Paganella in inverno sono davvero infinite: sci, snowboard, pattinaggio, escursioni in slitta trainata da cavalli, baby park sulla neve, sci di fondo, cene in rifugio, fat bike, parapendio e moltissimo altro!
