Reviewed By 54kaushikrAt the very inception I would appreciate the quality of staff and food The property was higlited to be a 4 star one which was tgrossly exaggerated , the commod seat in the bathroom was shifting had cow webs in the bathroom switch outside bathroom was broken Room TV did not run due to lack of NON PAYMENT Property had a single restaurant no gym or bar The most disappointing was the booking you had to pay 50% before you even enter the property and balance 50% at the fron desk while checking it reflected the propert management had no trust on boarders or many might have run away without paying Stayed in many star accommodation pan India they simply do the booking on credit card and has cancellation policy without deduction. Well written enough but did not expect Madhya Madarihat JUNGLE BOOK had such high standards

Reviewed By Destination536636All our apprehensions about the possible inconveniences in a Jungle resort disappeared when we reached the resort. Though we reached late, our dinner was preserved and we were served with savoury Bengali fish curry and rice after we reached. The rooms were good and clean. Hot water was available in the toilet. The break fast and dinner were provided with a reasonable number of items and limited options available. The foods were fresh and tatsty. The staffs were cordial and polite.

Highway hotel. A good place for night if travelling for guwahati to siliguri.
Reviewed By DrmanishdasThey have a family suite room which has a large king size bed. Its clean, has full glass wall on one side and has a big bathroom with tub. I spent a night here while going to Guwahati and on return. This NH 317 road is better than NH 57 than runs through Jalpaiguri. Its very Scenic drive and rarely any bad patches. Food in the hotel is good too.

Reviewed By Bhaskar_10Check-in 29/Dec/2021 Check-out 02/Jan/2022 Stayed at this property when visiting my maternal uncles aand known people along with family. The first thing I can say is that you can take a auto from the Railway station (Alipurduar - NOQ) to this hotel in INR 20/- per head. its about 2 kms from the station and is located conveniently where you have access to markets and restaurants. Zomato and Swiggy deliveries are also applicable in Alipurduar thus the guests can opt for Hotel food or order from outside. I booked the hotel by connecting with the front office and paid 1-day advance for the booking. the room charge along with breakfast is affordable and one can have choice of puri/paratha, eggs to order, fruits, juices, bread jam which is satisfactory. tea maker is there in the room and restaurant food is tasty. Staff is well behaved specially the ones in the front office including Sabita and Chetri. One person in particular to call out name is Sabyasachi who is professional in behaviour and very helpful. Unfortunately he met with an accident the 2nd day of our stay and had to be referred to Kolkata. Hope is is in great health now. One thing to bring to notice is the construction work going in the hotel to double the capacity from 40 to 80 rooms, thus facade looks dirty, however minimal noise. I will recommend this hotel to all who are deciding for a overnight stay at Alipurduar.

Horrible stay
Reviewed By S_NandiiSanjay das from d hotel reception ,behaved horribly and forced us to pay The full deducted percentage of make my trip just because my mistake we missed one extra adult . We were ready to pay the extra but he charged the full which mmt cut as percentage ! he dint co operate with us for staying little extra though whole property was empty on check out day.His behaviour toward us will never take us there until he will work there ! He has to learn how to welcome a guest ! He created problem after showing my one sided adhar car from mail, rest all gave their ids, At dinner , rice was half done , mutton was too much oily n spicy ! Not good experience !!
