Great place, efficient and friendly staff
Reviewed By Gilles VJust spent a week at Soleil. Lovely location with direct access to the beach. Our room had a sea view and balcony. The recently refurbished room was spacious, very clean with everything in it up to date. Great access for restaurants and shops. We had breakfast included and the food was of high standard. Maria made us feel at home from the start, she provided good advice on local amenities. Would definitely recommend.

On a lovely hillside just above Stalis, a resort of natural beauty, these apartments are situated 30 km east of the airport of Heraklion on the North-East coast of Crete. Built in a traditional Cretan style of bungalows, the apartments were fully-renovated in 2007. The apartments are constructed in terraces so that the roof of one apartment is the veranda of the other, with balconies at the front and back. They are all surrounded by beautiful gardens with trees and flowers. Attracting thousands of visitors every summer, this is a wonderful environment for relaxing in. Here, the family holiday atmosphere is combined with the exciting nightlife of the endless Greek summer.

We have been holidaying in Stalis for years and this was our first time to stay with Eva, but it won’t be our last The apartments were fabulous, very spacious and very clean. Reviewed By KalliGiorgioI spend ten days at Astir studios. The rooms are very clean. The prices are so reasonable the time of period we went. Host is very polite and you can ask him for any information you may need. The hospitality of the owner makes you feel like you are home. For sure I will go back again next time.

Reviewed By rob_mccaffertyWe stayed 16 nights in the 4 S apartments. We had a one bed apartment it was spacious, clean and modern. Maria the lady that ownes the complex is a pure lady. She is helpful polite and very friendly. They went over and above with grapes cakes and other small gifts. We will definitely stay again.

Haben ein Appartement genommen wo der Schlüssel aussen steckte. Haben nächsten Tag erfahren das normaler Weise ein Zettel an der Rezeption hängt dürften sie bei uns vergessen haben. Appartement Haus ist nur tagsüber besetzt! Unterkunft ist sauber..Appartement wird geputzt Handtücher vorhanden.. .geschirrtuch und abwaschschwamm selbst mit nehmen. Frühstück ist sperrlich am besten selber machen. Einrichtung ist einfach und typisch griechisch. Die Lage zum Strand und in die Einkaufstr. ist zentral man muss jedoch über die stark befahre Hauptstraße...es ist auch nachts laut. Direkt gerade runter geht's zum Meer.. an der Hauptstraße gibt's ein tschecherl (kneipe) heisst I Love You und betreibt ein alter uriger Grieche der gut deutsch u. englisch spricht! Auf ein Getränk einkehren lohnt sich!!

We were looking for apartment in Stalida and this apartment is almost in city center and for very good price! We came earlier than check in was, but owner of property was absolutely ok with it and he welcome us with smile on his face. We asked for later check out, because our airplane departed at 5 pm, it wasnt problem as well. I am really happy, that we choosed this apartment! Thank you again for unforgettable stay? Reviewed By IvanStevic_SerbiaEverything was perfect, location is excellent (50m from the beach), Georgios and his family are the best host, rooms are clean and big with great positions with balcony on both sides. A lot of restaurants and markets are around, also rent-a-car agency is near. We had an awesome vacation and for sure will come again :)

Local bus stop in front of the house, tour bus stop one stop left, ca 10 minutes of relaxed walk. As locates near the road, it is sometimes noisy at nights. House WiFi needs occasional tweaking. There are some cookware in the room, but no hygiene products. Generally satisfactory :) Best wishes to the owners!
