If what you are looking for is a quiet, relaxing beach, in the middle of Akumal barrier reef and nature preserve, then this is your place! Tony was amazing, responsive, and provided us with great service with any request. Our room was a spacious 2 BR facing the beach and adjacent to the local bar and restaurant Beach Bikini. The beds where great, and it has a fully equipped kitchen. The place is very well maintained and yet, feels dated and doesn’t provide the most modern amenities. Breakfast is varied and is a combination of Mexican and American, Not too creative. The coffee like most of Mexico, is barely drinkable:)

Suites Corazon is a beautiful luxury condo one bedroom in Playa del Carmen. Offers the perfect and comfortable getaway in the heart of Playa del Carmen. We are a new Condo Hotel with 19 apartment in a prime location. The beach is only 3 minutes walking from the Condo Hotel and you'll have a choice of great beach clubs like Blue Parrot or Mamitas Beach that has excellent meals and drinks, you can enjoy a hammock or a beach bed in one of the best beaches in the Mexican Caribbean. The 5th avenue, is only two steps walk, and there you'll find all kinds of restaurants, bars and shopping stores with the best designer brands or handcrafts to have a souvenir. Wal-Mart is only 5 minutes walking distance. The Apart-Hotel has 16 suites equipped with kitchenette, one king size bed or two queen size beds, living and dining room, balcony, safe, closet, spacious bathroom, air dryer, satellite tv, free wifi, air conditioning, ceiling fan, bath towels, maid service, beach towels.
Really bad place
Reviewed By tmucI’m really surprised how people could even write something positive about this place. I went there and I was going back immediately and found another place. When I arrived they insisted that I couldn’t check in one minute before 3 PM. No flexibility at all. The elevator was broken and nobody offered me to get my bags upstairs. Outside in the street there was a big renovation And it was very noisy. The Jacuzzi That they are advertising has only cold water and is not usable. The room itself was sticky And not like at the pictures at all. Fortunately I was able to cancel my reservation.

Reviewed By Buckeye1_11We stayed at this property for a week recently. We booked through the property. We saw previous reviews and experienced many of the same issues. On the positive side the property is well kept and has one of the biggest pools I have seen at a resort. The staff was also pleasant and helpful. And the food at the two restaurants on site was always good. The property has potential but needs some TLC. It was probably a really nice property when first built but could use some updating. Our unit was on the beach which was mostly unusable due to the seaweed. The unit was not well cleaned and had some small issues like a leaky toilet and very wobbly ceiling fan. We were locked out of building after returning one night and needed security to fix the lock. The unit next door was being renovated which was kind of loud during the day. The location is about about 15 from downtown Playa Del Carmen by car. There is nothing around the property itself to walk to. One of the biggest issues was communication with the property management leading up to the trip. Emails weren’t always clear about instructions. They have a portal but it really doesn’t accomplish anything by having it. They mostly communicate by using the WhatsApp which I did not have. Overall it is not a bad property. I think with some improvements and attention to detail I could see it being a really good place to stay.

Terrible Internet with a Side of Mold and Neglect
Reviewed By Baro TPros: A/C worked well in the bedrooms. Pool is nice with the fountain and the working staff are friendly. Cleaning staff do an excellent job but it is not everyday and you need to book it with the front desk. Cons: The internet is not even remotely usable unless you are close to the reception booth. I had to use my data on my phone the entire trip unless I was by the pool on the south side close to reception. In bed at night, it was not possible to even stream a YouTube video at low settings. Mold on the window sills and around the faucets (see photo). It seems like the ownership of the building just doesn't care anymore. Garbage was left pool side overflowing and smelling. There are only 4 chairs around the pool. There was no paper towel, tea towels, or cleaning supplies in the condo at all. We replaced the coffee maker ourselves as the one in the room was moldy. The freezer could not freeze a tray of ice. The microwave does not work unless you first unplug it, press quick start, and can only be stopped by opening the door. None of the other buttons work. The shower-heads in both washrooms need replacing as they just spray in all directions resulting in absolutely no pressure. We used a cup to rinse off shampoo and body-wash. Honestly, this place COULD be great if the owners cared just a little bit to do some minor TLC. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great. The problem is it shows signs of neglect that typically get worse in the future rather than better.

Reviewed By T RI have stayed at Condo. 46 a few times. My contact person w as a Mr. Marcos. Recently I tried to make another reservation and have yet to hear back from Condo 46. To a point I agree with some negative reviews. They do have some truth. I tried whatsapp?, email and phone. No reply. Mr. Marcos does not like me. That being said, do your job. The location is great by bars and restaurants. They told me they would clean every other day. Wound up being once a week. Be aware of the stairs. They want their money in advance. Good luck finding anyone to help after that. Better choices exist nearby. Thank you.

The condo itself checked all the boxes as far as what we needed for our vacation. AC, kitchenette, washer and dryer, etc. Our condo had a beachfront view. We also had access to the pool. The front desk and security were very friendly and helpful. The ONLY reason this review is not a 5 star is because we believe that I had a shirt stolen out of my luggage after someone had came in and straightened up our room while we were gone. We had tried talking to the company we rented from and they were not helpful other than the fact we told them to not have anyone come back into our room... Moral of the story, have a lock on ALL of your things or don’t have room service come in while you are gone...

The pool is beautiful and our room on the roof of the hotel gave us remarkable space and privacy. Check-in and Check-out were friendly and fast. I was surprised and delighted by how large the room was. It would be a great place for an extended stay. It provided all the amenities of a fully stocked kitchen and living room.

Stunning suite loved it
Reviewed By joesombodyWe started out in a Penthouse suite with a roof top Terrance. The room was immaculate and we loved it, you could see the ocean from the roof top. The beds are nice and there was good wifi and Hulu in the rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and even a bonus bottle of tequila left. This was good since it was Sunday when we arrived and the stores don't sell alcohol on Sundays. The only issue was the stove top did not work. The front desk said a technician would be there the next day and sort it out. He never showed so the next day the front desk moved us into a townhome in the same complex. This place was amazing!. There was a upstairs master with bath that opened up to a patio. The lower level had a large kitchen and dining area with beautiful tile and stone accents. Stone stairs leading upstairs and a separate apartment at the front door for our guests. The separate apartment had a sink, fridge and bonus outdoor shower on the patio. Pretty cool. Loved both rooms we got to live in and the grounds are awesome. Flowers everywhere, two nice pools with seating and a bar top in one of them. You get access to the GBP resorts and for a small $15 per person you can have food at one of the snack bars. No snacking here full bar salad bar and many choices to eat. We stayed for about three hours right on the beach and there was no trying to hurry us out. The wait staff was right on top of drinks and cleaning plates. We had a great time and can't wait to return.
