Reviewed By renzo_p_018This building in Miramare (Riccione) is very close to the sea and just few kimeters to Rimini city centre. The apartment has everything you need for your staying: equipped kitchen with oven, ac, washmachine, TV and all is brand new. Nero d'avorio aparthotel has reception, parking lot and a lovely swimming pool. You may need a car or public buses to explore cities around.I tried to leave in advance my apartment here for personal reasons but unfortunately this request could not be satisfied.

Musicconcert with many visitors. No Parking place because of all the many visitors (se have paid for it). A Very dirty swimming pool and area. No recommendation from us. Family travl with 2 adults and a child

Great spot and only 1 block from the beach so well worth an explore - the staff are great and most accommodating - rooms are great space and private balconies a bonus! Has everything you need to cook, wash laundry, dishwasher etc - would definitely recommend and stay again if we find ourselves in RIccione another time. Thanks team, great stay! :)

Very unplesant 8 days stay
Reviewed By Tejman GOur 8 days stay in this apartment hotel has been most unpleasant. The apartment was supposed to have a fully equipped kitchenette but very much regret to say that it missed even the basics. There was not even a water boiler for tea or coffee making equipment. During our 8 nights stay we were not provided even a single time with clean towels and bed sheets. The management told us to use the washing machine in the apartment. I have never stayed in an apartment and with the price that they charge and being told that we need to wash our own bed sheets and towels, moreover the locking door mechanism of the washing machine was broken. There is even no apartment cleaning. The apartment provide bikes but was shocked to find out that they have NO LIABILITY INSURANCE so you are on your own if some thing happens. The management is very friendly when you arrive but they have two faces. For us the most shocking event was 4 days after our arrival. On our arrival we paid the full amount of our stay in Cash, but 4 days after our arrival the Management CANCELLED our booking with the Comment: NO SHOW. Luckily we noticed that the same day and immediately BLOCKED our credit card to stop them from double charging us, this did spoiled our holiday. I hate to say this but I don't trust the management there.

The apartments are really spacious and clean! the most amazing thing is the view of the sea in front of you!!! Manuela the landlord is the most cutest and welcoming person ever HER AND HER FAMILY loving people to speak with and really helpful in every situation. WE LOVE THIS PLACE AND WE ARE BACK SOON!

Reviewed By dianamercasI loved the place, mainly because we got to cook our own meals, and we didn't have to get up early for breakfast if we didn't want to. I also loved that it was so close to the beach and to a bus stop. The bed was soft, and everything was clean. Since we had dishes, we could have used a dish towel or a soap, but the most I would have loved for them to give us two room keys. The person I was travelling with had a different schedule than me, so I always had to wake up when she came back to open the front door for her (they lock it after 00:00 and it can only be opened with the set of keys you're given) The room was immense and we had a lot of room for our bags, clothes and everything else! Plus the wifi! All in all I'd recommend it, just please please PLEASE make a set of keys per room :) And when we left we were asked to take out the major trash, which was a little weird!

Reviewed By anamariaioanaFirst of all the area is extremely busy and noisy and you should only stay here if you are willing to stay up until 1-2 a.m (a lot of karaoke singing and loud music) and wake up around 7 a.m (due to awful traffic noises, especially scooters). The building itself looks nice but on the inside everything is old and unfortunately one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever booked. We stayed for one week and nobody changed our towels during the whole period or entered the room for cleaning. You can imagine the fine sand that soon filled our sofa and beds.... The walls are extremely thin and you can here everything your neighbours doand unfortunately the hotel is especially booked by younger couples, quite noisy and careless. The last floor has the best view but unfortunately above it there always people from maintenance working so forget about taking naps at noon. Definitely would not recommend it if you have kids or went to Rimini for some relaxation. The beach is also very busy and populated so be sure to wake up early if you want a spot near the sea. On the other hand, Restaurant Auriga has great food at low prices and quite closeby there is a Chinese all you can eat that we greatly enjoyed. As a conclusion, you should definitely find better quality accommodation in a quieter and nicer part of Rimini at the same price.
