Nicely renovated room although small
Reviewed By mvginhongkongEasy checkin and checkout. During our stay, the tv did not work. Response from management company is hit or miss. All in all a comfortable stay especially if you venture out during the day and only use the room for breakfast or some light snack prep and sleep. There's no view so appreciated the electric shutters so you're not looking right into the neighbor's apartment. Washing machine and dryer on the ground floor of the building. A place to sleep - no more no less.

Reviewed By Greg BThe hotel is quiet and unassuming yet in a beautiful old style building! Rooms are two level, bedroom upstairs, with a mini-bar stocked with waters, juices and wines. The beds are comfortable and the room is very clean and well provisioned. I'll stay there again!

È possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente in una zona non a pagamento poco distante. Comodo supermercato Conad raggiungibile a piedi nelle imemediate vicinanze. L'appartamento è molto pulito, arredato con cura e dotato di tutto l'occorrente (stoviglie, tovaglia, strofinacci, lavatrice, tostapane, bollitore, macchinetta Lavazza, phon professionale, ferro ed asse da stiro, libri da leggere etc.). Il materasso dotato di topper è alto e comodissimo. È stato pensato ad ogni dettaglio e con piacere abbiamo trovato in casa: una bottiglia di acqua, bibite, the, caffè, biscotti, pane, formaggio in frigo etc.). I proprietari Oksana e Gigi sono molto gentili, disponibili ed ospitali. Il prezzo è adeguato. Consigliatissimo.

Excellent location for Ferrari visit
Reviewed By Judy BThis B & B is an excellent place to stay if you are planning a visit to Ferrari as it is just a few hundred yards from the factory. The rooms are excellent, modern, light and airy, with an excellent bathroom and TV and coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast area is in a conservatory type room which was lovely, which was also where we had evening drinks. For breakfast there was fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries etc. plus the owner made us excellent omelettes. The owner could not do enough for us and even took us in his own car to the nearest restaurant as it was raining. Excellent host and personal service.There is also a small secure car park for 3-4 cars.

Bike Friendly Hotel in Montecreto
Reviewed By Pinar PMontecreto is well-known by the skiers and snowboarders and the hotels are all equipped for winter tourism. We've been to Montecreto in August. We were happy to find a room at Residence Margherita. The kind staff of the bike friendly hotel gave us lots of information about the trekking and cycling routes around Monte Cimone. The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious. Our room had a kitchen and a big balcony. Breakfast was delicious. And the COFFEE was really good. I absolutely recommend you to rent a MTB or an e-bike from the shop next to ski lift which is 3 minutes away from the hotel. Bike Park and the cycle routes were amazing. If you bring your own bike, you will find a room with maintance tools dedicated for the bikes.
