Reviewed By jackbZ7996TTParc visited at opening of the 2020 season. Accomodation as always according to expectation; staff very friendly. COVID-19 precautions implemented giving a safe feeling with 2 exceptions: 1. Entertainment staff working as if COVID-19 does not exist. No social distancing, personal contact and close proximity is not what someone expects in the actual situation. 2. Beach bar and restaurant- staff working without masks is a disrespect for the safety of the customer. Asked why mask regulations are not followed was answered “.. it is too warm and inconvenient..”. “.. No great risk as there were not much infections in the region..”. What an ignorance ignoring the well-being of customers! Didn’t visit afterwards as other (safe) alternatives exist in Pomposa.

Reviewed By coralinecorrCentro Storico Rooms and Suites are well organised and clean. A big well done to the management, they do their best to help. Location is very near to the centre of Ferrara, you can reach a lot of restaurants by walking distance. It's a must to try local food.

Alloggio Cavour is in the center of ferrara, in a strategic location only 5 minutes’ walk from the most interesting attractions of this wonderful city.Alloggio Cavour’s central location is convenint either if you arrive by train, by car, by bike or by bus.Alloggio Cavour is a great solution also for long period and/or repeated stays. Moreover it is right in front of the principal city bus stops and only few minutes by car from the Hospital and the exhibition center. Instead if you’re tourists, from our rooms the view in right on the top of the wonderful Ferrara’s roofs and you’ll be able to see how easy and fast you can get to the historical center.

Reviewed By williamdfrMy strangest ever stay, I met not a single member of staff. But i was able to check in and out by myself. The room was ok for the very good value price, the bathroom large and apart from some marks on the walls or a skirting board poorly fixed, it was all very clean. No breakfast, but a good bar/pastry shop downstairs. Be prepared to walk to get to the city centre, maybe ten minutes.

Biancheria da bagno e da letto fornita, zanzariere e condizionatore. Direi perfetti, il tutto accompagnato dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario Michele, presente e ottimo consigliere nella visita della città di Ferrara e dove pranzare. Consigliatissimo!

Reviewed By SmeraldorossoFeeling duped but free after being suckered into making an online reservation with Dimora'800. We arrived 2 days ago after pre booking the onsite private parking @ 9 euros extra per night. The parking was in a cramped tandem undercroft after 10mins of carefully parking in the tightest spaces...with much luggage after a month long trip before our departure out of Venice Marco Polo. My poor husband dragged all the luggage up 5 narrow steep flights of stairs to our room which actually was a converted attic...with a low heavy wooden beam across half of the room...another challenge in the dark. When we tried to discuss our options with the check in girl...she said no problem you can leave but you must pay first...?. Having already reached the attic with all the bags we reluctantly decided to stay. We supposedly had a private terrace adjoining our family room...which it turns out was really just a smoking area for the rest of the accommodation guests most of all were students. In a nutshell this place is perfect student accommodation and IS NOT for anyone else...unless you love steep hikes, smelly torn carpeted stairs, windowless rooms, leaky showers & taps, old cigarette butts, no free coffee and low hanging wooden overhead beams.
