Welcome to SKS Luxury Suites & Rooms! We created with passion a modern and luxurious unit in the heart of Katerini Beach in the Prefecture of Pieria that exudes a sense of relaxation and hospitality in a simple atmosphere that combines comfort with minimal decoration. The complex is built in the center of Paralia Katerini and combines quiet and direct access to all points of interest and shops in the area. Just 2 minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes from the Church. The newly built unit consists of a reception, a guest lounge (covered balcony) with TV, private parking, ramp for disabled people. SKS Luxury Rooms has 20 brand new luxury rooms and suites.

Reviewed By El LΑπό τα ομορφότερα ξενοδοχεία της περιοχής.Στο κεντρο της περιοχης χωρις να χρειάζεστε μεταφορικό μέσον για τις μετακινήσεις σας.Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο και ευρύχωρο.Σίγουρα οι παροχές στο δωμάτιο (εξοπλισμος κουζινας κτλ)ενδείκνυται και για μηνιαια διαμονή.Χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη πρέπει να το επισκεφτείτε.

Booked to this apartment hotel but transferred to a low class nearby low class hotel
Reviewed By Amir DWe booked an apartment here, but sent instead to the nearby Toronto Hotel, which was very low class. This means that the “apartment” was replace by a one room stacked with beds with hardly any place to move around, bed sheaths were worn-out, and one of the beds was a metal outdoor spring bed, which was squeaking all night. Not to mention the dirty shower curtain and broken toilet top. The staff at Toronto hotel were very nice but the experience was of furious disappointment and frustration.

Reviewed By Screech_Ow1Место могу порекомендовать семьям с маленькими детьми. Отель расположен чуть на отшибе, и это отлично для отдыха с семьей - нет шумных толп как в центре поселка. Но иногда собираются компании вокруг и на третьем этаже сильное эхо. Сам номер как по мне маловат, но всё в хорошем состоянии, аккуратное. Вай фай приемлемый, фильм не посмотрите, но переписываться хватит. Уборка раз в 4 дня, женщина Валентина, хорошо говорит по русски и с ней можно посоветоваться, например, про дорогу. Внизу магазинчик, можно купить все необходимое. Также там есть домашнее оливковое масло и алкоголь. Масло вкусное, алкоголь не пробовали. В поселке есть супермаркет Лидл, там дешевле, но идти минут 20 по прямой направо от перекрестка. Также есть много точек с фруктами, где дешевле, чем в Лидл. До моря идти умеренным шагом 10 минут, дорога легкая, ровная и ветерок приятно обдувает. Пляж широкий, есть душ с пресной водой с хорошим напором. В выходные туда приезжают сами греки. Заход без камней, всё песок, долго мелко. Нам попались пару дней с классными волнами попрыгать после обеда, но в основном море спокойное. Были водоросли и медузы, но это очень нетипично для этого места - так говорили сами туристы. У расположения в этой местности есть и свои выгоды в экскурсионных маршрутах - все довольно близко. И возьмите с собой фумигатор от комаров.

The bakery and supermarkets are only 99 steps from hotel. The owner - Irina is very kind, friendly woman, ready to help you at any time and any where 24/7. THANK YOU IRINA. I don’t want to comment the cleaning. It was perfect. So, if you want to stay some day in Paralia Katerinis this is THE PLACE.

Reviewed By Lanicky LΈμεινα ένα βράδυ μόνο, από τα πιο οικονομικά δωμάτια που βρήκα για τέλη Ιουνίου, η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ ευγενική και η κόρη της που μας υποδέχθηκε εξαιρετικά πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε πρόβλημα που είχαμε. Το δωμάτιο κανονικό, ωραία ΤV στα συν του η ωραία καινούργια ντουζιέρα που ευχαριστιόσουν. Το μόνο αρνητικό (που όπως έμαθα ισχύει για όλα τα οικονομικά ξενοδοχεία της περιοχής) ήταν οτι μόλις άνοιγες την πόρτα του μπαλκονιού έκλεινε το κλιματιστικό και αν ήθελες να κάτσεις στο μπαλκόνι και να αφήσεις λίγο το κλιματιστικό για να δροσίζει μέχρι να πας για ύπνο δεν ήταν εφικτό. Αλλά το ِA/C με την μπαλκονόπορτα κλειστή λειτουργούσε καλά και έκανε ικανοποιητική ψύξη. Επίσης πετύχαμε φωνακλάδες γείτονες αλλά αυτό μπορεί να συμβεί στον καθένα. Τίμιο για τα χρήματα που δώσαμε και σε σχέση με γειτονικά δωμάτια ήταν σε καλή τοποθεσία με "ανοιχτωσιά" και πάρκινγκ.

Reviewed By patriciajoelle68Super séjour dans un hôtel dont les photos sont conformes . Les studios sont très propres et joliment agencés. Les propriétaires et le personnel très convivial. On peut faire sa cuisine, plein de commerces alentours, la mer à deux pas un endroit que je recommande et je pense y retourner.
