Reviewed By tomasawe155Trams outside go every minute making terrible noise. Pure madness.No chance to sleep. There must be some tram garage nearby as they go here and there all the time before midnight and at 5am. Otherwise all good with apartments. If you plan to do anything else than sleeping then it is a perfect option for you.

Nice place but..
Reviewed By annatN1455FCThe location of these apartments is perfect because you are in the centre of Brno, everything you need is at a walking distance, the apartment itself was spacious, very clean when I arrived, with a massive bad and sofa, a dining table, a nice kitchen area and functional toilet with a washing machine. Let’s talk about the things that I didn’t like. When I arrived I called the reception number written on my booking and nobody answered, I tried to ring the bell at the door and nobody answered ( it was 6:30 pm) I called then at the number written on the door bell asking politely for a code for the door and a pretty rude person stArted yelling at me ARE YOU LiSTening?!! Asking for the telephone number used at the booking time. At one point she also hang up on me while I was talking, Hilarious ? and Totally unbelievable considering that I was a customer. I have been there for 20 minutes calling this “lady” several times until she decided to sent this code. Point 2 the cleaning. I have been 6 days out of 8 without cleaning, nobody explained when this cleaner was coming so I could leave the room. I asked to the reception to change the bed sheet she obviously said no worries and nobody changed them. I don’t know if I will be back considering this lack of manners

Wonderful stay
Reviewed By Laure-Elie BWe enjoyed our stay in Villa Grande very much. The appartment is very big, modern and stylish. The owner are very kind and helpful; they speak english and french. The appartment is not in Olomouc's city center but we enjoyed the tranquillity in this oase. The breakfast is amazing!

Perfect accommodation near the centre
Reviewed By charles911The landlady is very nice, gave us a lot of information about what tosee. Newly furnished room with a little fridge and flat-screen TV, large and nice bathroom with a hairdryer. Breakfast served in the cafe in the basement - cereals with milk or yoghurt, sdrambled eggs, some cheese, salami, jam, marmalade, honey, butter, pate and 3 kinds of bread, juice and tea or coffee. Only a 5-minute walk to the centre in a quiet one-way street, where you can park the car. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By Dreamer21155805780Nejlepší ubytování v centru Olomouce. Naprostá spokojenost, krásně uklizený, čistý a útulný apartmán. Velice doporučuji. Domluva na jedničku, paní byla příjemná a ochotná, poradila nám kam zajít na dobré jídlo a pití. Na apartmánu k dispozici, čaje a kávovar. Zde se budeme rádi vracet.

Great Accommodations - Awesome Hostess
Reviewed By RexNovaScotiaOur group booked 3 of the 4 apartments in this renovated building that is centrally located in Ostrava, CZ. We were attending the IIHF U20 MWC and spent almost 2 weeks in the apartments. I was in contact with Hana prior to our arrival and she had everything in place and actually met us at the door when we arrived. Where we arrived on Boxing Day (CZ holiday) she stocked us up with essential food items we would require during the first day - including special CZ Christmas cookies that are only available at Christmas. ? The apartments and front door had key pad locks and laundry services were available daily. Hana was always available by text - she would offer suggestions on inquiries such as where good restaurants can be found to which bus or tram was needed to get to certain places. She also provided a welcome letter with information specific to our trip. While visiting Vienna a young couple in our group became engaged and we wanted to celebrate at a nice restaurant when we return home - I reached out asking Hana for a recommendation. She provided us with an appropriate steakhouse and sent along screen shots of the contact info and menu and further recommended us to make reservations and noted that they would have someone who will be able to speak English when we phoned. The tram is a 5-7 minute walk, while a large grocery store was 2 blocks away. One of our party is affected by Environmental Chemical Sensitivities and Trio Apartments provided her with a clean scent free environment. Hana knew of the issue prior and removed all scented candles and rugs from the unit. I highly recommend Trio Apartments and Hana whenever you need a multi-day stay in Ostrava, CZ.

World of Technology in Víkovice
Reviewed By Radek Pquality accommodation in a quiet location, equipment at a sufficient level, parking in an enclosed building, meals on site (Italian cuisine) 200m restaurant with Czech cuisine at reasonable prices, the route to the World of Technology in Víkovice 10min I highly recommend a visit. The world of technology has two parts, small and large. ATTENTION little world of technology has opening hours only 18 hours and a great 20 hours.

Reviewed By cvppetersburgStaff in this modest little hotel speak no English (booking was fun...) and the whole feeling is very much of truly being in the Czech Republic, not in some tourist trap. Not far from the centre. I felt I was back in the kind of European family hotel we used to stay in in the 1970s - in the best sense. No breakfast.
