Reviewed By kittybiscuit7oThis studio seemed huge! We booked the apartment with the mountain view and we were on the 5th floor. It was a great apartment. Huge fridge, freezer. My only thought was they needed a kettle. I boiled water on the stove for my tea. You didn’t have to walk past reception every time you went in and out which was a plus. The room was clean. I found it was quiet. Otherwise, everything we needed and a great location.

Reviewed By MarielaD14Great location on the seaside. The hotel is located within walking distance of the port to take a cruise to the Cinque Terre. Sea-View room with a small balcony. Free parking on site. There is a snack bar at the entarnce to the private beach. Great place to stay to experience this area of Italy.

Reviewed By bcloutPerfect stay at this family run resort Small-scale resort so never crowded. Superfriendly service all around. Huge selection of breakfast and real home made cakes, made by the owner. About 10 minute walk to the beaches but also good to stay at the pool all day. Dinner also possible about every second day. I can recommend this place.

Reviewed By gjoforteGOOD: - The check-in system! We arrived super late (02h00) from Milan, and we had no worries! On the day before they sent us the code for the outside building door and a code for a lock where we would find our room key. - The room was spacious and with all the necessary amenities. The next morning, we asked for an iron and by the end of the day, it was in our room! - Breakfast! This was one of our concerns because we had read they didn't have much choice! First of all, you must understand that this is a BnB and not a hotel, but still, we were very pleased with the breakfast. Although it is mostly made up of sweets (it would be nice to have some bread) we cannot complain about the variety (milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, cereals, toast, cakes, jams, etc). - The daily complimentary bottles of water in the fridge are a very nice touch! - Parking. We were able to park for free in the streets around the block from PM to AM, and during the day we would drive to the central train station and park the car there. We used EasyPark app to pay for the street parking, which enabled us to keep track of our parking costs and top up whenever necessary. - Market on the back of the building. BAD: - The curtains. They should definitely find a different system to block the light from entering the room. - Soundproofing. We could hear most of the noise coming from the street.

The agreement with the beach stated on the homepage is not valid, two sun beds and one parasol 22€/day is the correct pice. Please note that the minimum depth of the pool is 2 m. The apartment needs to be refurbished. The kitchen we're poorly equipped. Overall OK!

Costa Morroni is located between Portofino and The Cinque Terre surrounded by classical Mediterranean floral and fauna including aromatic herbs perfuming the air bringing about a sense of relax and tranquility. It was inaugurated in 2011, many years ago this hilly land which is now home to our village , was home to a Mulberry Orchard. (Morroni means Mulberries in the Ligurian Dialect). It has a total of 11 apartments consisting of studio and one bedroom apartments, modernly furnished, and equipped with all comforts for today's' needs. They have garden areas and barbecues where one can enjoy dinner Al fresco surrounded by a sea of flowering plants. You can take a dip in the pool on warm summer afternoons, unwind under the Mediterranean sun on the outdoor deck or relax with a good book in the shade of the pine trees. You can stay fit during your stay in the open-air fitness area. Small pets are welcome for free You'll forget your car in our private car park, using upon request our shuttle service to the center of Levanto. There is a playground for children, and adults for your special evening you can organize a barbecue in the warm light of the sunset. The Cinque Terre, are reachable by walking the the trails that start in Levanto, or by train (5min) or by boat. Portofino is a 30min. train ride. In Levanto, there are a lot of possibilities for holiday pleasures like our sandy beaches framed by the pine forests on the hills, hiking, surfing, and mountain biking, there is also a bike trail that allows you to pedal along the coast from Levanto, to Framura enjoying the unique panorama.. There is a snack bar which serves fresh baked croissants for breakfast, made by Antica Pasticceria Bianchi

Reviewed By benjamin_vgI am still puzzled as how to, based on the reviews, I even decided to stay at this place. Because a “resort” it is not. It started with having to find the actual place, driving up a very steep hill, only to be ushered down by a very unfriendly and inpatient host. Afterwords having to drag your heavy suitcases up the hill again by yourself. The ‘explanation’ of the property was limited to “I need the passports”. The actual room was cold and did not remotely seem clean. The only means of heating the place was by an air conditioning that clearly had a mind of its own. The bathroom was even colder than the rest, with a Jacuzzi installed in it. Lots of buttons and nozzles, but only very little hot water... We were scheduled to stay for two nights, but after the first night, sleeping on very uncomfortable beds, we decided to leave. As the booking was non-refundable, I did not even bother asking for a refund. We checked in to the park hotel Argento, which was a world of difference, and an oasis for my back! In short, I highly recommend you to spend a bit more and stay somewhere else.

Finalmente un po' di relax e coccole
Reviewed By Inspire29458247040Io con la mia compagna abbiamo passato le vacanze di Capodanno in questa bellissima struttura. Tutto è stato perfetto. Ci siamo molto divertiti al cenone di Capodanno oltre che aver mangiato benissimo e al nostro arrivo siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi di trovare una camera nuova spaziosa è pulitissima. Molto comodo il posteggio e grazie al direttore che ce lo ha concesso gratuitamente. Abbiamo visto anche che c'è una bellissima piscina quindi sono sicuro che d'estate deve essere veramente un posto da favola. Ci torneremo sicuramente nelle vacanze estive.

Reviewed By Bruno DClean rooms and fantastic location. Is more like kinda od a room-rentals than a proper hotel. The check-in was complex as we had to walk on a stand-alone apartment 5 minutes walking distance from the actual hotel, then walk back to our room. You can literally see from our balcony the main strip. Reasonable price.
