Our apartment-hotel "Monterria" is located 450m from the Adriatic Sea with a beautiful and picturesque beachfront. Along the seaside there are number of coffee shops, restaurants and fun fair attractions. Along the beach lies a quiet peaceful alleyway where you can relax and hide from sun. On the way from the apartment-hotel to the beach you can find local fruit and vegetable markets.

Reviewed By CarlaCuadratWe were the only guests for these dates and the hosts were very nice and helpfull with us. The house is no more than 10 minutes walking from the beach. From the balcony we could also sea the sunset, which we totally recommend because the sky and sea turn pink, very beautiful. Plus, we had AC and fridge in the room and parking for the car.

Reviewed By Igr339Отель по достаточно бюджетной цене(до 20 евро/сутки) расположен в Шушани города Бар. Место достаточно тихое. В апартаментах есть всё, что необходимо. До моря 500 метров, но при наличии машины - пляжи все перед Вами!

Good place for a vacation
Reviewed By Szabo_AndrasVery friendly, English speaking staff - the second one is a real rarity in Montenegro! They welcomed us with fresh picked cherries, and took us to the harbour after we checked out. The room was comfortable, the kitchen-corner was well-equipped, the WiFi was fast and always available. You can find a cheap shop under the hotel, and there is a bakery about 50 metres from the hotel. The best beach (Susanj Beach) is about 10 minutes by feet. The only negative was the street on the side of the hotel with connection to a main road with heavy traffic even in the afternoon hours.

Great place to spend a good and interesting time

Dishwasher, wasching machine, iron, places to eat or sit in the evening - everything was organised in a way that you have a space to relax in a group or individual way. The owner is very friendly, open and caring person, he is avaible 24/7 for his guests. It is worth to follow his advice when you want to see and feel what is the best that Montenegro has to offer. It was a great time in a great place with great people. I can really recommend.

Reviewed By sponomarovaТак как наша семья внезапно решила сменить пребывание из ужасного села Добра Вода на что-то более живописное, мы оказались в Петровац. И не пожалели))) место просто французская Ривьера)) апартаменты нашли по Букингу-это была одна из более адекватных цен, а когда вселились-то получали удовольствие от белоснежных, современных комнат и жизни прямо на набережной! Единственное, что надо отремонтировать хозяевам-это душевую кабину ( подтекает на пол), починить крючки и полочку под зеркалом. Женщина, которая нас поселила-очень приветливая, помогла организовать трансфер в аэропорт( очень рано утром ))))) Я рекомендую именно белый номер( хотя мы клюнули тоже на номер с террасой, что на фото в Букинге)-удинам не было балкона , но нам и не надо было при двух окнах, выходящих на набережную))) На моём видео под окнами номера соломенная крыша-там магазинчик фруктов и напитков. Из минусов-очень шумно на первой линии ночью, но если вы приехали потусить, наверное понравится))

ACCOMMODATION - is located 300m from the beach, 2km from the railway and bus station and 1km from the downtown , port passenger terminal and marina. 4 BEDS APARTMENTS- each has a living room with pull-out couch(for 2 person),TV , air conditioning and wireless internet (which is free to all guests), dining area with dining table and chairs, kitchen with all the kitchen elements and all necessary utensils for preparing and serving food and drinks, its own bathroom, bedroom with 2 beds , cupboard and balcony .3 BEDS STUDIO APARTMENTS - has its own mini kitchen , pull-out couch(for 2 person), chairbed(for one person),bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and wireless internet (which is free for all guests) and a large common terrace of 40m2 with sea view.

Reviewed By Ирина БДолго еще буду с удовольствием вспоминать эти дни, проведенные с замечательной сербской семьей Бояничей в их уютном и гостеприимном доме в Баре. Встретили, привезли, накормили-напоили. Комната - выше всяких похвал. Есть все. Огромный плюс - велосипеды (без дополнительной оплаты). Хозяева стараются предупредить малейшие пожелания. Говорят по-русски, а дочери по-английски. Старшая еще и по-итальянски. Дом расположен в тихом месте, все что надо - рестораны, достопримечательности, тренажеры на свежем воздухе, магазины, пляж - все в10-15 минутах ходьбы. И все это за очень доступную цену.

Reviewed By Екатерина МАпартаменты понравились - проживала в студио. Есть все необходимое, кондиционер, мини-холодильник, кухня совмещена с балконом. Смутила газовая колонка - хозяин заменил ее по моей просьбе на электрическую плитку. Апартаменты находятся перед главной дорогой (2 полосы), движение довольно плотное. С другой стороны - жд, но поезда ходят редко (ночью не ходят). Зато в пешей доступности немноголюдные и чистые пляжи - Пино дель Мар, Чрвена пляж. Рядом много кафе, мини-маркетов, пекарен. Но до супермаркета очень далеко. За 2 недели постельное белье поменяли
