Great little hotel with amazing customer service

Would thoroughly recommend this little hotel. It’s full of character, has a lovely atmosphere and the staff there are superb! We needed to check in early as we were going to a wedding and they arranged for our room to be ready (it was spotless)so we could check in and get ready. They really could do enough for us and are super friendly. I will definitely stay there again when I’m in the area

A favourite with the townspeople, who use it variously as a watering-hole, The Rose & Crown is the place for a spot of lunch or a celebration dinner. Winning several national awards including being twice named in the Top Ten UK pubs in the last few years, The Rose & Crown also won Britain’s Best Brigade in 2017. We serve food all day, along with top-quality draught beers and have a carefully chosen wine list. Really wanted to leave a positive review for here for both the hotel and restaurant! Myself and my partner were due to stay a few nights beginning of June. Due to TUI flight cancellations I was unable to get back from Morocco for the booking so had to message via Booking.com and explain I was stuck! I kept the reservation team updated as much as possible. The hotel were extremely helpful, offered to rebook/cancel immediately. Unfortunately as TUI could not guarantee a flight home I was forced to cancel on the day of arrival. Booking.com wanted £90+ For the cancellation. The hotel kindly waived the cancellation charge due to the circumstances. I can’t thank the reservation team enough for being so helpful and responsive during a stressful time. Finally made it to Warwick yesterday and although the hotel was booked, myself and my partner decided to pop in and have dinner! The food was fantastic! Service faultless! Atmosphere warm and inviting. We had a fantastic dinner with cocktails and will return on our next trip to Warwick!

The Townhouse

This recently refurbished boutique hotel is housed in a 400 year old listed building in the heart of Stratford upon Avon. Located opposite Shakespeare's school, among the ancient half-timbered buildings the town is famous for and only 2 minute's walk to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. This is THE place for a pre-theatre supper - local pianists play at 5.30pm daily and the atmosphere is great. The 12 funky en-suite bedrooms vary in size, cost and view. Try for a room at the front of the building for the perfect view. Great food is served all day, through till 10pm in this buzzy neighbourhood bistro with Afternoon Tea a particular favorite. Champagne Happy Hour is every Friday at 5pm and the bar is packed with a great, upmarket local crowd. The staff make the place and nothing is too much trouble.

We have just had a lovely couple of days in Stratford, staying at Broom Hall Inn overnight Friday. ( a Christmas gift from our children). We received a very warm welcome from the staff and was shown to our room, The Shakespeare Suite. A beautiful, comfortable room. Staff then arranged a taxi for us to the Shakespeare Distillery ( gin school!! Amazing). That evening we dined at Broom Hall Inn. Excellent food and service. ( would recommend the steak and ale pie) Breakfast the following morning also excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very welcoming, comfortable and excellent food.
