Reviewed By Orly SA quiet and cozy place. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable and luxurious. In the middle of the complex there is a cute pool, and on one of the hottest days there (37 ° C) I enjoyed a short dip in it. The staff assisted me with any questions and my stay there was very pleasant.

Our rooms on the third floor were pretty standard Thai budget rooms but with poor internet. The walk up the steep stairs is not great either. The attached cafe was closed on our visit, so it's a bit of a walk to anywhere. Don't follow the owner's recommendation about the restaurant behind the guesthouse: It's vile.

We are T.R. Guesthouse, which caters to foreigners coming to Sukhothai to view the old ruins and also visit the markets. Our guesthouse has bungalows in the back and a hotel in the front.
Great! Very comfy and clean guesthouse
Reviewed By Clement BGreat place. We paid 600 bath a night for a double room with aircon and en-suite bathroom. Rooms look exactly like the pictures on the facebook page. Very beautiful. Super Clean place! Everything is in great shape, the owners take good care of the place. The shower has a good flow and the water is hot. Free parking in the back, so if you rent a scooter you can put it in a safe place at night, no worries. There's a fridge in the room, they allowed us to eat our own food for breakfast on the front terrace, and lended us some spoons :) They make the room and put new water bottles everyday. Also the best part for us is that the room is very quiet and after three weeks travelling in laos and Thailand, the beds were simply the BEST we ever had. Felt like heaven and we had 3 good nights of regenerating sleep! Thank you for your service! We'll come back to your guesthouse if we're ever in Sukhothai (Which is GREAT by the way) again ;)

Heaven in Sukhothai! Must Stay!
Reviewed By amanda5805We left the hotel that our tour group booked for us (it was a nightmare) and found this incredible piece of heaven. It was just a 3 min walk away from the others & the entrance to the Sukhothai Historical Park. There are lots of shops, restaurants & bike rentals just a very short walk away. It is on a side road. Which made it nice and quiet. Thank gosh they had one room left for the two nights we were there. The owner was the sweetest person I had ever met. So helpful, accommodating, friendly and spoke excellent english. She even let us tour the room before choosing to stay. I was very nervous after the hotel we just came from. We stayed in the 1st room (I believe there was 3 rooms). It was so clean, welcoming and well laid out. We had a nice big comfortable king bed. There was even something on the door that didn't allow it to have a gap. The sheets felt like Egyptian cotton. You didn't hear any noise. There was a lovely painting on the wall and towel folded into animals and flowers. The Bathroom was very clean, it didn't take must to get hot water. She had all the important things. Shampoo, body wash, hand soap, nice fluffy towels, shower cap & a blow dryer. There was a good size fridge with water that was stocked each day. The wifi worked perfectly. TV & AC worked great. Each room had 2 chairs and a table out side the door. There was morning breakfast and fresh fruit, coffee & tea from 7am-10am. The lobby and grounds are well maintained. You can tell they take pride In this guesthouse. You could get a Thai or oil massage, or foot massage on site. She was more than happy to order you a tuk tuk or arrange a tour for you or anything else she could help with. There is no pool here but there are a few in town you can pay a small fee to go to. I believe we paid $25CAD a night and it was worth every penny! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sukhothai. I was sad to leave this wonderful place.

Perfect for an overnight before a flight
Reviewed By Leo55The hotel is a few minutes from the airport (there are very few flights and noise is not an issue). It is set in the countryside with rice fields and 'dinosaurs' surrounding you. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and our room was large and very comfortable. It is only a few minutes walk to Sukhothai Heritage Resort where meals are served and the evening meal we had there was very good. An excellent choice for an overnight before a flight although too far away from Sukhothai to consider staying here for longer than that.

Dining is accessible and great variety to choose from. I have been here for 2 months and planning to stay here for the remainder of my 6 month stay. They give you a price break coming from off season to in season for the long duration which is nice as well. Truly wonderful staff and very comfortable.

Nice family run bed and breakfast
Reviewed By PaulandSuStopped here for one night and had a great room with a four poster bed with all amenities and a big room. Nice welcome from the owner and staff. Has a swimming pool as well. The best bit for us was the large terrace on the first floor where you have a choice of breakfasts, and good views over the city. Only slight negative is if its busy car parking might be a problem on the premises. But would certainly stay here again when visiting Sukhothai.

Almost a homestay
Reviewed By LittleMsMeEverything about this resort is charming. From the direct booking to the end of stay with staff waiving goodbye. The bungalow was super tidy and clean. Everything in working order. Spacious and full of touches Thai style. Location is very near to the Historical Park. Breakfast was sime but good. All in all a very pleasant stay.
