Reviewed By GiggsonearthI have booked 3 rooms for myself, my friends and my parents. We got 2 room ready before check-in time, which is really good for my parents. The staff at check-in point is really helpful and patient during Check-in when we have a problem with my mom old phone. As well as a guy who escort us to our room he help us with the luggages. The room is nice amd clean. We sure will stay here again for our next visit. THANKS!!

One of the best showers ever. The location is good. Close to the lake side restaurants in the old town and 2 km from the beach. We loved being in the hotel.

Surprised by box sets
Reviewed By keepinmind29Stayed here for 1 night and it's worth spending 600 baht. The room is clean, spacious and nice decorated. The parking area is good. The price doesn't include breakfast but they do provide us with 2 box sets of sandwich and juice. It's really nice. One thing, I can't find hair dryer in the room but it's ok. We also got a coupon, collecting 10 nights to get 1 night free. If we come to Hat Yai again, we will stay here for sure. ?

Reviewed By hwunlingThe washroom could use shower curtains to avoid wet floors after showering. Electricity went out twice during our stay; which I’m sure is not a regular occurrence. No toothbrush provided. No iron. Apart from that, the room is clean, spacious, and comfortable (as seen on pics); reasonably priced, lots of parking space – onsite and an open space next to property. Courteous and accommodating staff. We would definitely stay here again.

In addition, the hotel was located quite far away from the well-known street foods for this town. The closest eating is 7-11 which is 5 mins walk.

Reviewed By JeuneyangFirst visit and stayed for 3 nights. Big room, clean and very comfortable with king-sized bed and our own parking lot. Convenient location with many restaurants, cafes, bistros and 7-11s along the whole street. Very quiet at night as it's located off the main road. Friendly and helpful staff who will help to order a tuk-tuk for guests. Only 5 minutes' drive to town and shopping malls. Near to Prince of Songkhla University which is open to the public for walks around its lovely dam. Will certainly stay at this cosy 22-room Pongjun Resort for future visits.
