Reviewed By cassandra_nlThis place was excellent! Although a little farther from Grottammare than expected, the experience absolutely made up for it. Eating outdoors, tucked away in the hills with an amazing view was very relaxing. The food was always fresh and delicious. Cab rides were not cheap to/from Grottammare because of the rough road, however an employee(/owner?) at the hotel was very kind and brought us and our luggage to the bus stop. We hope to return to Italy, and if possible we would definitely stay here again. Amazing experience overall!

Reviewed By gizellalindbergThe couple hosting the b&b is very friendly and helpful. We were served very good breakfasts and the room is very nice with an excellent bathroom. And the view, wonderful! We were recommended a nice restaurant, La Contrada, within walking distance so we didn’t have to drive down to the village for supper. We can highly recommend this as a place to stay even in February.

Reviewed By Andrea TThe hotel is located on a quiet cobbled street in the old town. There is parking available in a free town lot about 200 metres away (up the hill). The major sites in the old town are all within a ten minute walk. There is a charming living room available for guest use and wifi works best here. The accommodation is comfortable and reasonably roomy. The hostess is delightful and helpful. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walk.

Reviewed By Enzo GAbbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti in questo palazzo ottimamente ristrutturato. Camera ampia e spaziosa come anche il bagno. Ottima insonorizzazione. In pieno centro di borgo non molto conosciuto ma bellissimo. Colazione non compresa ma in ottima pasticceria che si trova al piano terra dello stesso stabile. La Signora che gestisce molto gentile.

Reviewed By giuliom909Posto incantevole e panorama mozzafiato, però ci sono alcune cose da sottolineare: La strada per arrivare alla struttura è abbastanza impegnativa con pendenze importanti La casa vacanze dispone di zanzariere solo per alcune delle tante finestre e questo è un problema non da poco visto che si è in piena campagna Durante il soggiorno abbiamo passato il tempo a cacciare calabroni giganti che entravano da ogni pertugio aperto, avendo il nido proprio all’interno del comignolo della canna fumaria Nel giardino manca illuminazione in quanto solo un lampione aveva la lampadina funzionante Nel complesso come già detto il posto è incantevole e si gode di una vista invidiabile grazie alle tre terrazze, essendo in collina in mezzo ad ulivi e vigneti regna la pace sia di giorno che di sera, consigliato a chi cerca relax.
