Reviewed By HYMelDo not trust every photos and descriptions in the booking website about this hotel. It's not even close. Before your arrival they would send you a text/email to confirm your arrival and says they are helping customers to check in easily and making their system more intelligent...it sounds like a hotel that put customer's experience first. However, what we experienced later were totally opposite to what we expected. The lobby has no aircond, smelly lift, smelly hallway, smelly room, stained bed sheets, leaking pipes in the bathroom, stained walls, any description of a dirty place you can think of, you can find it in this hotel. Regretted and decided to go for other hotel. The reception staff refused to refund even half of amount we paid for two nights, although we didn't touch anything in the room. The reason for no refund was because I paid using visa card, it would be OK if I paid using cash. Ridiculous! Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Reviewed By JaelllyBeanThe good - Good location as plenty of eateries within walking distance The bad - AM shift staff could have been friendlier and more accommodating - Unfriendly staff was not aware that our room was not ready - the door was left open and the room was obviously not clean and maintained. Bed sheets were messy. Did not proceed to enter said room. - Unfriendly staff did not apologise for the situation and proceeded to check-in another room for us. - Entered another room. Pillows and bed sheets were stained. Room was obviously not cleaned properly as we could still literally smell the odour left behind from previous customers - whatever they were doing as the hotel has a 3-hourly rate for RM50 which we later discovered. - Did not proceed to stay for the night and decided to book another place nearby.

But it has limited choices of food surround that area, a mamak restaurant and a tiny shopping mall are nearby. Easy access to Subang Airport, Sunway, 1 Utama The tiny room provided partial isolated bathroom, there is gap between the shower room door and the room, so the room will be moist after taking shower. There is no window, so the room's ventilation is just cycle by the air-condition inside. Althought it is stated non-smoking room but i can smell the cigarette odour. The wall paint had peeled off on some part. I would recommend it if you are just stop by for a night and not staying in the room for long period. Otherwise, it is considered cheap in that area.

Reviewed By ShackksThe hotel is easy to find with it's big exterior facade. Main entrance is locked all the time for safety concern so first timer might be confused how to enter the hotel lobby. Check in is fast without any hassle. Room is new and clean and everything you need from toiletries to coffee and tea is at it's proper place. It's on the quiet side of the block but still accessible to many restaurants and shops.

The overall stay was good, staffs were friendly, some may want to help with carrying your luggage until your room. Wifi was fast. The only disappointing thing is some rooms are without window.

Reviewed By Frank CI going to this hotel because my friend from Malaysia book for me.In the start I very happy because very good lunch with my friend in the restaurant.But later after check in I see the rooms to dirty and to small for me.After I go to the reception and ask the staff for clean and maybe change the room there don't care and I am even not sure there understand my problem.

What a cheat it was .... b'coz they cleverly put in under the roof of Pyramid . To our surprise for the amount we paid we feel so disappointed . There is no soap to wash. There is no coffee mug ? Not even a tea spoon . We have to call the guy who gave us the key to bring bath mat ?? After shower no bath mat . ???? How if my mom slip n fell in the toilet ?? Toilet roll place broken . The hose is leaking . Shower curtain is very dirty we can't even hold it by our hands to pull it . Someone has to look into this property seriously . Of coz we understand there are management to look into all this ..... however we as a guest should not be cheated . I'm working in the Hotel Line for almost 20 years . But this property is worst . Very expensive . Just because of the location they any how charge their guest and can't be bothered attitude . When I made a complained to the guy who gave me the key .... he asked me to take picture and send him . Do you think I have no better work to do ...... This should be look into those who are in charge of this property . Not as a guest we come and stay . I will never ever stay in this property or not even the Pyramid Hotel . Very sad .
