Outstanding stay with a superb host
Reviewed By Ian441672We had a lovely relaxing 4 night stay in the spectacularly large and comfortable Turret Suite room affording us some sweeping views of the Perth city centre, river, mountains and beyond. Lots of treats in the room (and out of the room), Nespresso coffee machine, mini fridge, huge comfy bed, spacious bathroom with large shower and bath. The whole property is very well kept in its traditional surroundings, a log fire welcomes you into the dining area where a fresh homecooked and very tasty Full Scottish awaits you (or one of the very many hot and cold items on the expansive menu). We also had dinner one night, again all freshly prepared and presented as a fine dining meal, but in a relaxed and homely environment - the onion rings were fantastic also!!! Claire was an outstanding host, never intrusive but always making sure our stay was perfect and giving us plenty of ideas of things to do and see. She couldn't do enough for us and made sure our stay was wholly memorable - five star everything! Reviewed By sanmac19We stayed here last night and everything was absolutely top notch. The owner Jackie welcomed us warmly and genuinely and happily advised us where to eat out that night. Our room was spacious, light and airy, spotlessly clean with two comfortable chairs and a table as well as a double bed that was very comfortable. The en-suite and toiletries were excellent. Oh, yes, the complimentary bottles of water in the room were a nice touch too. The breakfast was very nice and cooked to perfection. This was a great bed and breakfast experience and outstandingly good value for money.

Scotia B&B is a friendly, family run guest house just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Perth. Situated on the Dunkeld Road, we offer reasonably priced, comfortable accommodation with off road car parking and secure parking for two wheeled vehicles. You will be served a delicious hearty breakfast (or room only option). A cosy resident's lounge available with fridge, microwave and large screen television. We offer drying facilities, are child and pet friendly.
Brilliant place to stay
Reviewed By Ewen HStayed here for one night to attend a wedding in Perth. We were very kindly allowed to arrive early to change for the wedding which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well apportioned with amenities. Nice touch the extra bottles of water as it was a very hot day. The comfort of the bed was exceptional and very welcome after a night on the dance floor. Breakfast was again in a similar vein as the rest of the property and to a very high standard. Everything of good quality and generous proportions. Tracey was a lovely host, very welcoming and could not do enough for us as guests. The Scotia B&B is a really exceptional ambassador for Scottish hospitality and all at a very reasonable price

Comfortable room, good bed, hot shower - all the important bits covered! Breakfast not included but did get recommendations and discount at a couple of local cafes if I wanted. Would stay again.

Reviewed By 227dawnemStayed one night. With my Daughter. Comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was great, filled in order night before, special diets catered for. Owner was very polite. Downside was not able to check in before 5pm.

Reviewed By James LThis was our 4th stay with David and Lauren. As always fantastic hosting and a warm friendly welcome. WE stayed in a different room this visit and the standard was just as high as the room we have used on 3 previous visits. Decor was in keeping with the charm of the building and the modern touches made it a very pleasant visit. On arrival the fresh scones with jam and clotted cream and the huge variety of teas and coffees provided in the room are just one example of the attention to detail and thought that has gone into creating a fantastic atmosphere that when you leave you just can't wait to return. Breakfast is amazing and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs florentine was the best my wife has ever tasted. She sets a high bar so well done David and thanks again for your excellent hospitality.

Reviewed By CandR61Great location close to A9 and Perth. Property is situated in large private grounds and the owner Irene provides a very warm welcome. The rooms are spacious, bed was very comfortable and we have never seen a cleaner shower. Breakfast was terrific. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By F5977HDrobgWe landed at Crees Inn on two of its early week closed days. They opened up specially for us and we were warmly met by Rikki. All were stung by covid but the owner Grant has invested through that period in the property - and it shows. Grant cooked us breakfast on two days despite the hotel being formally closed. We had a lovely room with a superbly comfortable king bed. Crees is a gem and pefectly located for a touring holiday of Fife. Hospitality at its best and beyond the call of duty. Thankyou Grant.
