Reviewed By jsotrisI have been in Mykonos many times, this Hotel is great choice to stay! The stuff was very polite and always there to help. The rooms very clean and very beautiful. For sure I'll stay again here. The swimming pool is very nice option for relaxing with a nice cocktail in the afternoon. Looking forward to be here again.

Reviewed By hisharelLovely hotel end of Ornos beach! Very friendly & helpful staff. Zoe the manager is great and Stella the concierge also great. Complimentary breakfast is wonderful. Hotel is on very end of Ornos beach. As at all beaches in Mykonos sun beds are 80 per couple. Tons of restaurants and bars just steps away here its pretty easy to go out and not leave the property! We booked through a travel agent I would advise to book through trip advisor to save $.

The breakfast is nice and at the end of the stay there is a free drop off at the airport of the harbor. The downside is that the hotel is pretty far from everything. To eat, you need to walk 10 -1 5 minutes on a busy road to a small village (which did not feel safe at night as there is no sidewalk) and to get to town is even further away, which means you will need your own car or use taxis when you stay here. The other drawback, or advantage is that in the afternoon, the hotel is in the full sun and because it is on a hill, it is difficult to find some shade.

The worst holiday in my life thanks to GT „Luxury“ Suites
Reviewed By Mobile26524183817Terrible accommodation with a non-functioning bathroom and toilet. We had this toilet smell the whole time. The beds were broken and not clean. There were no clean sheets and the garbage bin was so full because nobody came to empty it for 3 days that we did it ourselves. There was no toilet paper so we bought our own. Far away from luxury.

Reviewed By 8paraskevikΗ εξυπηρέτηση ,η ευγένια κ η συνέπεια του Γιώργου κ της Παρασκευής ήταν άριστη ! Πρόκειται για εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα ,άνετο όμορφο και πολύ καθαρό καθώς είναι καινούριο (2017). Έχει υπέροχο design κ βρίσκεται σε φοβερή τοποθεσια 140μ από την παραλία του Ορνού . Διαθέτει χώρο για parking , είναι ασφαλές κ κοντά του υπάρχουν γνωστά μπαράκια κ εστιατόρια . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα !!!!

Peter is a Nice guy but cheap as hell
Reviewed By Mazbo_88We spent 5 days their and paid almost 200euros PER NIGHT. Ok fine we booked last minute so il leave it at that.. Location is perfect close to lovely bakery’s close to beach close to restaurants just perfect! So the negative was that, their is no breakfast included in that price which we thought is a bit harsh for that price.. their was only a single soap bar in the bathroom so “obviously” we had to do shopping for basic essentials.. So we got over all that.. now at the end of the holiday already we were skint for paying to eat 2 plates starts around 30€ for two people per night 3 times a day (which wasn’t enough food it was just so expensive)... our flight was for 9pm so kindly Peter got our luggage’s in his home untill we went to the beach and collected it when we finished! We wanted to go beach for few hours and asked for towels and that we would bring it back once we finished.. at first he laughed in a jokey way and say yes after I insisted which was nice to know.. we also asked if possible to use the shower to get salt water off before we head to airport and also he laughed with a funny and jokey manner and said 5Euros.. and 5Euros for the towels..??? I mean was shocked.. we even didn’t need our room cleaned for 3 days as it was clean enough so didn’t want to make the lady work hard.. I rather he said sorry no! than to ask for money we already gave u 1k for 5 days for just a room! I even said to him I found you on tripadvisor that’s why we came to you and nothing helped, he wanted to grab every last € we had which was not a good look. Appreciate customers Peter especially when they pay you €200 per night.

Reviewed By BorisAndMiloThe hotel is very clean and comfortable. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with a/c in the living room and bedroom, so that made it nice given the strong winds and warm temps. Very pleasant check in and daily cleaning g of room. The shower is odd as it gets a lot of the bathroom wet, but I think that’s a Greece/Europe thing, so no biggie. Very convenient to walk to grocery store, bakery’s, and Ornos beach. Loved it!

Each of the air-conditioned apartments at Gelos House has a bathroom. TV, refrigerator, and kitchen are also included. Daily cleaning service is provided. Buses to Mykonos Town run 20 hours a day. Guests can also arrange to rent a car or bike at Gelos House’ reception. Boats to the famous beaches Paraga, Paradise and Elia, as well as to Delos island leave from Ornos Beach daily. Just opposite the hotel guests will find a super market, pharmacy, bakery, internet café, as well as restaurants. The area is ideal for kite surfing and a kite surfing school is just 20 m away.
Pretty little complex
Reviewed By 609sallyannhStayed for a week end May 22 with Jet 2 holidays. Lovely little complex with superb staff. The cleaner works relentlessly and as result the place is spotless !! Pool area is beautiful BUT there is absolutely no shade other than if you sit on hard dining type chairs next to the bar. I think 2 or 3 parasols might be needed for us Brits. It certainly stopped us using the area as much as we might have - and spending at the bar. The bar man is brilliant, so obliging. We were in room 9. It was fine but no outdoor space attached to the room so if you wanted a coffee outside then you have to take it a short distance to a table and chair set on a small raised up area. It made eating out difficult as you had to keep taking food to the table then back for me etc. also there was a cat hanging around which made me nervous of leaving food even for a moment. In addition we were just sat facing someone else’s balcony. This meant we didn’t sit out as much as we usually do. No bread knife in the room so attempts at cutting crusty bread with a small knife were interesting !! Air conditioning was fab. Location brilliant. Opposite a great beach where you can lay your towel down and watch kite surfers. 3 mins from main beach which is amazing but expensive. 70 euros for a sunbed for the day !! Bakery is 24 hour and is superb 1 min away along with the supermarket. Bus to Mykonos town is every other just across the road and takes 10 mins for 1.80 euro. So pleased we stayed in ornos and travelled into town as we had best of both worlds !!
