Olbia's most famous beaches can be reached by bus in only 8 minutes. It's located just 4 kilometres from the Costa Smeralda's Airport in Olbia. Our suites are furnished with a 40 inch flat screen TV, private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, courtesy bathroom necessity set, air condition, safe, and refrigerator with self serve bar. Every morning our guests are served a big Italian-style breakfast with home-made cakes, fresh made fruit juice from real fruit, and a lot more. We offer free WI-FI as well as a garden area to relax in. Our receptionists will be happy to help guests every day from 7:00 A.M to 3:00 P.M.

Reviewed By AzizErrafayStaff is very friendly and helping. The breakfast is nice with eggs, toast, dairy, fresh fruit and sometimes a homemade cake. The fresh cappuccino really tops it off. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Comfortable and very large bathroom. It's locations is also great. Short walk to the city center but just outside the crowded places.

Reviewed By Akshay RI stayed at Ciro’s House B&B the last week of August 2018. I had an absolutely wonderful experience. It is located in Olbia, close to the airport. Managed by Eduardo, the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and the staff exceptionally friendly. I stayed alone, and occupied the suite, which had a large room, and private bathroom. The whole experience was very easy to manage by myself. Eduardo was readily available to communicate and answer any questions I had. I would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting Olbia, Sardinia, Italy.

The City Garden is a charming Guest House, located in Olbia, Sardinia. Despite being in the heart of the city, it has a set up private garden and a covered veranda. The air-conditioned rooms are all equipped with flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms with bidets, shower, slippers, courtesy sets and hairdryers. Some units have a terrace or a balcony where you can relax with a garden view. The city Garden Guest House is 50 metres from the bus stop to downtown, which is in any case only 900 mt. away. Costa Smeralda Airport is only 4 KM away. Maritime station is 3 km away. Other major distances are: -Beach north of town... Pittulongu 5 Km -Beach south of town... Porto Istana 6 KM -Train station 1.4 km -John Paul II Hospital 1.8 KM The breakfast is basically organized with a large buffet, guests could decide if enjoit the meal both inside a dedicated room than outdoor in the garden. Other main property facilities are: -Free Wi-Fi -Mini fridge in each room -Kettle and main hot drinks

Reviewed By Plou7osA very nice guesthouse in Olbia. Clean and nice rooms. A very good breakfest. Service was simple and communication was fast. It is in residential area not far from the center about 1.4km. There os also a garden where you can sit and enjoy a drink in the afternoon. Hope to come back someday

Inaugurato nel 2018, il KKult Boutique Hotel si trova in una posizione strategica e privilegiata nel centro di Olbia, sulla piazza principale in pieno centro storico, adiacente alla via della passeggiata della città, dove sono presenti le boutique e i ristoranti più importanti. La struttura è stata progettata nei minimi dettagli, scegliendo le migliori marche italiane di arredamento e tutte le camere sono state realizzate in modo originale e differente tra loro, garantendo il massimo del comfort e della privacy. La struttura dispone di una bellissima terrazza panoramica dove è possibile vedere la città a 360°, prendere il sole comodamente sui lettini e usufruire di una piscina idromassaggio (anche riscaldata) per migliorare il comfort degli ospiti.

Fabulous small hotel

The hotel is beautifully decorated and has modern amenities, like entry via an app installed on your phone. Our room was large and comfortable. The in-room coffee maker was lovely as well as the complimentary in room treats. The breakfast was fabulous and we had the best croissants of the trip there. All in all, a wonderful stay in the centre of Olbia.

Fantastic place in Olbia Old Town
Reviewed By KateBur725Me and my husband stayed here for a week and it was a fabulous base. The room was very clean and the owner made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The property is right in the heart of Olbia Old Town with easy access to bars, restaurants, beaches and local archeological sites. The room can be noisy last thing at night and first thing on a morning but the owner is having double glazing installed next season which should remedy the problem. This was the only down side but it's a small price to pay when weighed up against the location. There is a local bus service (Aspo) which have bus stops within easy walking distance and you can buy a 24 hour bus ticket at the tobacconist in the square at a cost of 2.80 euro, this will give you access to the lovely beaches, marinas and archeological sites around the area. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely go back.

Air conditioning works well and internet is indeed high speed. Nice to have a hairdryer in the bathroom and a fridge with cold water in the bedroom! La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è la modalità di accesso che è molto moderna e permette ai clienti di entrare e uscire autonomamente senza aspettare il padrone di casa e inoltre avevamo libertà per l'orario del check-out. La camera è dotata anche di smart TV, condizionatore, asciugamani di tutte le misure, saponetta per le mani e bagnodoccia monouso, macchinetta del caffè con caffè the e ginseng e tazzine in vetro. Bello anche il gioco di luci che si può fare con le lampade che stanno nella parete dove appoggia il letto, si può decidere se accendere tutte o solo alcune. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e penso che ritorneremo
