Good property not maintened
Reviewed By reich_nilsThe requirement was to book a hotel with a swimming pool on the beach. Tarkarli has a lot of homestay options which we were avoiding. The rating and review already highlighted that the hotel was at a great point with less man power and hence less maintenance. One review also mentioned that there was no reception/lobby, but in our case this was not the case. A good hotel with superb place with less maintenance. Network reception was poor and the hotel Wifi was not working. The food needs to be ordered if Ala carte and there are no thalis available for dinner. Breakfast was limited but good. Whatever we ordered was good. There are limited to zero options for dinning nearby. Do try out Tsunami island (water activities)which would cost you around 500-1000 INR per family. Our guy charged us 800INR for 7 adults and 5 kids.

Reviewed By vela99sagar sangam is located at at the sceneic strech between the Karli river and the sea. all the rooms open to the unobstructed river view (ground floor as well!! - we stayed in a group on different floors) the best is the second floor, where the large french windows give you an absolutely breathtaking river view from the comfort of your bed. At this point you almost forget that you are on a local weekend vacation the resort also has a small private jetty from where boats pick you up for sight seeing and water sports. The resort is managed under the personal supervision of the owner trio who make sure the needs and comfort of their guests are well looked after. we had apprehensions about vegetarian food in a coastal location, known for its sea food. but owner 'Parabs' ensured we not only get pure vegetarian food, they took care of the diverse dietary restrictions of the group. the food is cooked fresh in the hygienic and sparkling kitchen under direct supervision of Mrs. Parab. she ensured tasty varieties in each meal of the three days that we stayed there. i simply cant wait to get back to Tarkarly and Sagar Sangam!!!

A very nice stay
Reviewed By maxruenzelWe found this very nice hotel by passing by on the street. The staff was kean to help us with everything. Our room was small, but tidy and rather cheap considering that AC was included. The drying rack hanging from the ceiling was a little funny, because we had to duck each time we went to the bathroom. Via the reception desk we booked a scuba diving tour at a good fare, which was a short but very good diving experience. You don’t have to have dived before, they guide you under water, so that you only have to flow and enjoy the dreamlike experience. The hotel is very well located in the middle of the small town of Malvan. It is close to a booking agent for train tickets, the market (monday mornings), the beach and many restaurants. Since this is a small place, the life in the streets drastically diminishes during the weekend which should be taken into account. All in all, we can strongly recommend this place.

Reviewed By namita IWe stayed at Living space resort, Devbag in last week of December17. Superb home cooked meals served by the hosts..Traditional Modak prepared by the owner were amazing.. Rooms are comfortable and it is just 2 min walk from the beach.

Dont choose this place to stay
Reviewed By Rahul POwner is mentally challenged women, Don't relie on sweet talking of that women. We were 12 people's visited this month. Very congested rooms , very bad smell around. If you do not have any option to stay, stay for one night but don't order lunch or dinner or breakfast. Food was very average with higher rates . 1 cup of tea.. 20 rs..without any taste and sugar. 120 rs veg Thali with only 2 chapathi and tasteless food.

Rude caretaker
Reviewed By Prabodh17patilLocation is absolutely perfect. Nice and cozy rooms but caretaker is very very rude. 24th april 2021 is checked in. My 2yrs old son accidentally broke drinking water glass and caretaker was very rude even I payed for that broken glass. I wanted to stay there for couple of days but behaviour of caretaker didn’t allowed me to do so. He told us to remove shoes out side the hotel and I don’t know which hotel staff does that.
