Reviewed By ninadb93We had a decent 2-nights stay at the hotel. The place in itself is a bit hidden and inside a long alleyway with little or no lighting. The staff initially were quite helpful and even helped us check in 1 hour earlier than the actual check in time. They also promised us that they’d change rooms the next day but they never did and literally gave us some bull**** reason for doing so. Food was quite tasty overall. The wifi here is pathetic and it was down for most of the time during our stay. They promised us better speed but it wasn’t even good enough to open the Google website. Pls do not visit this place if you plan to “work” whilst you are here. The only good thing was that the proximity of the hotel to the bus and railway stations. You can avoid this place as there are a bunch of better options available in the vicinity for the price.

Inspite of Informing the new Manager about cleanliness no action was taken upon, hair was found in the room same was shown to the supervisor. Also very bad quality food was also sent to us. I hope my message reach out to Mr. Jai. Who understands basic hospitality. You have for sure lost your customer who has been staying during covid and weekdays days when your hotel has no business. Please book this hotel as your last option. Really really so terrible this time that feel like never coming back to this place.

Its a Pure Vegetarian hotel specially for couples & families looking for a break from their hectic lifestyle. The ambiance of the hotel is quite Indian with a gujarati-rajasthani feel. There are indoor games, a kids play area & a landscaped garden in the hotel. Rooms are equipped with all modern facilities like LED TV with satellite connection, private AC units, comfortable double beds, coffee tables with chairs, a balcony and attached bathrooms with basic toiletries. The hotel is quite centrally located. The local Bus and Lonavala Railway Station are within 2 km, major sightseeing spots are close by like Wax Museum is 1 km, Bhushi Dam is 7 kms, Lonavala Lake is 3 kms, Lions Point is 12 kms, Karla caves is 7 kms from the property. Reviewed By KMS00We liked the spacious rooms, things were perfect as per our need. Backside rooms are more peaceful. We chose the Super deluxe with sofa since we had a kid. Food is homely and delicious. Loved the balconies.

It is a few minutes away from Lonavala and the other attractions around the place. Away from the noise and pollution of the cities, the hotel is an ideal weekend getaway for both business and pleasure travellers.
Good property but currently poorly maintained
Reviewed By anuradha_kulkarniHotel is located in hilltop colony, very good location for walks etc.Car parking is very less, 4 cars max.Kids play area was dismantled and of no use.No chairs/bench for sitting beside swimming pool.No proper changing area(there were 2 bathrooms 5 stair down, those were stinky.) They had to be reminded 4 times(in duration of 4 hours) to recharge the DTH tv connection in room(It has ants coming in, no channels).Finally when they did it and all Chanel's started coming, remote battery went out. (TV in room becomes imp entity when you have kids and senior citizens around and nowhere much to go due to covid shop timings/waterfalls banned.) Room was a standard room, no valley view(that is fine),light fittings were falling off(the tube lights in lamps were disconnected from one side and giving unsymmetrical look to room),holes in wood,(room was perfectly cleaned though.Give staff credit for that.) Swimming pool was small but good.Only there was extremely noisy group of 15 boys who were shouting, pushing each other in water and making things scary for any other people to be around.(I hope they give good reviews to hotel, they had a gala time.) Food was good.They did mess up our lime soda salted order 2 times, but most hotels do that. All in all, this is originally a good property (marble stairs etc) but currently some budget issues maintaining it.Rooms with big holes in wood are not acceptable.Also if you happen to miss premium rooms, their hotel being on beautiful hill does not make any sense for you.Go only if you can get premium rooms facing swimming pool side. To be fair, some of issues might be due to covid and loss of business,staff shortage due to that. Staff was very polite, sincere but over worked. Receptionist madam is a sweet lady maintaining her calm and working efficiently. Breakfast was medu vadas(good in taste), yellow color idly(it was also good in taste as per family members but kids refused to eat due to yellow color.),egg bhurji with only salt and sugar and onions/chilly/tomato/spices.Tea taste was good. Go here only if you can get swimming pool view rooms.They are probably well maintained too.It will ensure that money you spend are not feeling like wasted.
