Reviewed By siravichwWe greeted with the staff said that we haven’t reserved the room. It’s theirs mistake. Even not a apology. This room we can’t get the keycard to work, even the housemaid. She said that the keycard of the housemaid is working but don’t. The staff at the front desk seen not enough attention for our visit. Bad service Hope you improve this situation.

Reviewed By 186338BarbaraThe best thing about this hotel was the room. We had a family room with plenty of space and it was clean. However the restaurant is for breakfast only with no options,they serve limited Thai food. Closed the rest of the time. The only people I saw eating there were the staff. Notices displayed in the hotel say that breakfast is included in the room rate but the staff said you pay extra. Staff informed us that there was only one eating place in the vicinity and sent us in that direction. Next day we found plenty of eating places in the opposite direction. A member of our group speaks fluent Thai so no mistakes made with the language. Their web site shows pictures of a snooker table but we saw no evidence of this. Neither did we see a bar. All on all it is a good location but not sure if I would stay here again. Having the restaurant here tipped the scales when we booked so we were very disappointed to find it didn't exist and that is really my main complaint about the the place. Internet wasn't the best but could have been a lot worse.

Not far from night market and food stalls. - The room is clean and simple and very big for the price- 10 usd with the king bed/ free wifi /AC/ and TV. - not many space for parking. There is space but too many cats as the accom is open for long term renting.

Reviewed By Wander763580저는 쿨홈에서 2박을 했습니다. 람빵에서 야간버스를 타고 새벽 5시에 도착하여 6시쯤 쿨홈에 방문했습니다. 24시간 프론트를 운영하고 있는 쿨홈에서는 우리가 도착한시간에 체크인을 해주었습니다. 우리는 피곤했고 방에들어가 샤워를 하고 쉬고 여행일정을 시작했습니다. 두번째날 얼리체크인을 1박으로 알고계셔서 우리의 예약일정을 이야기하자, 사장님께서는 괜찮다고 했습니다. 쿨홈은 2시에 체크인입니다! 얼리체크인시 금액이 발생할수있다는 것을 참고하시기 바라며, 너그럽게 이해해주고 추가요금을 받지않은 마음 넓은 사장님께 감사드립니다. 호텔스에서 평점 9점이여서 마음놓고 예약하고 방문하였는데 에어컨도 잘나오고 방도 깨끗하고 넓으며 매일 무료생수 2병을 제공하며 온수도 아주 잘나옵니다. 쿨홈덕분에 콘캔여행이 피곤하지않았고 즐거웠습니다. 감사합니다.

Reviewed By powerhousesteveThis is a nice, small hotel, it has a pool which is only small but immaculate, the rooms are clean and comfortable, BUT, the WIFI was next to useless and the woman would just not listen, telling me that the whole area is the same (it is not as I used it in many places) Do not use the restaurant next door as it serves mediocre food and charges West End of London prices. I would definitely stay here again as it was so clean and decent. Be warned that the parking does get full up and it can be a problem.
