The "Beachwalk Hotel and Bungalows" is located in a small and tropical Kata Beach, in a very safe area, just 50 meters from the famous white-sand beach with a crystal-blue water and on the few minutes walk distance to the shopping areas and entertainment. Away from any industry and noisy life it creates a strong feeling of privacy. With large windows and outside balconies the "Beachwalk" is generously open for fresh air from the sea. The hotel, formerly named "Beach Inn", winner of TA Certificate of Excellence and known for its room’s cleanness with "probably the best beds in Kata", has now increased capacity by adding 14 new hotel rooms and 8 oversea bungalows. Sky terrace on the roof invites to a wonderful 360° view over Kata, from the beach up to Big Buddha statue on the mountain. I don’t really understand the glowing reviews though, the rooms are very basic with older furniture and a wet room instead of a separate toilet area/shower. There is no breakfast included which isn’t a big deal as there are many restaurants right outside. The hotel staff is very nice and check in and out is easy. In summary A very unremarkable property.

Here you’ll find everything to make your life perfect! A nice veranda with a sea view to take a morning coffee, the most comfortable bed, a nicely decorated room, ac, hot water and refrigerator always working properly. The perfect location, just 2 minutes from Kata beach, right near Kata Hot Yoga studio. A very nice and welcoming administration team, who will make sure your stay is perfect! A very sweet cat Moo-Moo, that I miss so much! Hope to come back here very soon! If you are in Phuket, don’t think twice - choose Kata White Villas!

Southern Fried Rice is a recently established guesthouse situated at Kata Beach, the most beautiful beach on Thailand's idyllic Phuket Island. Reviewed By Tonga555Sourhern Fried Rice is the most valuable guesthouse in Phuket .Room is inclusive of TV, AC, refrigerator and porridge as breakfast. This is my second time staying here. The owner is very kind. It is close to the main road and bus stop for Phuket Smart bus( only 3 mins walk). Would come back here again.

Reviewed By MariaC6356Loved our stay here! Wonderful Oasis away from the business of kata. Pascal and philip make great hoasts, very friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast was to die for, all home made, right down to the jam. It was very welcoming to walk into the aroma of baking. Pool area great and relaxing, gardens beautiful, rooms big, practical, comfy bed. Value for money. Could hire a scooter from them. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great start to our holidays.

Six room guesthouse all with private bathrooms and large balconies . Relaxing bar/cafe with all your favourite beers cocktails and sport on the tv . we have a restaurant With all day full English breakfast is available among other nice dishes. We are at the entrance of the kata walking street night food market market and 5 minutes walk to the beautiful kata beach .

No elevator on premise, but not a problem if you do mind the steps. Beers are cold and AC works great, very important for the traveler in Thailand.

Reviewed By fromysbtWe were looking for somewhere to eat and stumbled across this place. My husband had the cheeseburger I had a cheese and ham sandwich both with fries. We had 2 cokes and I also had the mojito cocktail which was on offer for just 89 Bahts. All was delicious and well presented. Service was excellent too and always with a smile. Thanks again for a lovely experience.

Don't waste your time

Our room was very dirty and not what we expected - stains on the sheets and pillows, dirty showerhead, broken toilet seat, unclean A/C unit, non working tv, the most uncomfortable hard bed. The breakfast buffet looked pitiful and we did not even waste our money. We decided after the first night we did not want to stay here ever again, even though we had 2 more nights booked and paid for. We found a much cleaner hotel closer to the beach for $20 more a night. The front desk lady said she could not refund our money for next 2 nights, even though we were not staying there. She said we would have to go through Expedia to get a refund. She lied. Expedia would also not give us a refund. They also had initially upgraded us from studio room to a "nicer room", so I can only imagine what the studio is like....take my advice pay a little more if you can and stay somewhere else!!!

Reviewed By trillyepeterpanNice hotel, big bedroom and comfortable mattress, the price is really good and the location very strategic. In the night, no noise from the night life , we appreciate also the complete breakfast (included on the price). The staff, was so helpful and kind, they speak English better than most italian people. We stayed there almost 1 week and when we moved in phiphi island, they keep our luggages for free. Thanks for everything we will be back for sure
