Because they contacted the housekeeping department and booked a bath towel about 6 times in the last hours of their stay, and the reason they told us not to have a bath towel was because: All the towels have been used and we gave all the towels to be washed and prepared for the next guests and now we do not have towels to deliver.)) The charging condition of the rooms was bad and even the TV inside the room showed 3 to 4 channels, the quality of the show was very low and even in the room they did not leave any contact information to know which number to call to the reservation and housekeeping section. Let's connect. The speed of the Internet antenna in the room was not good at all and was very low and there was no place to charge mobile phones and electronic devices. There is no place for a car park in this hotel and it is only useful for public transportation trips so that one does not take a car with her.

The Best Ecolodge in Iran

Reviewed By myirantour

I found this hotel on Instagram where they used to be host to influencers of other countries in Iran. I did find it super nice to offer to our clients and the feedback was just wonderful. They did their best to manage the hotel to have the minimum possible impact on the natural environment. one of the best points about the hotel is the location which is only 10 minutes far from the well known square and still a very quite hotel overnight. Joybar will be our first choice for our small private groups.

Dirty dirty rooms

Reviewed By Mahsa H

What a waste of money and time. We have chosen this hotel based on its website and their instagram page. When we arrived they were not ready, building was under construction, the yards were dirty, full of dust, plants were all dried so in total it was like an abanded building which they just opened the door and gave you a room. I chose my room for the beautiful window which was covered with three layers of ugly curtain and it wasn't possible to open it. The room was dirty, you could see dirt, hair, dust and small cement particles shattered on the ground. I checked the sheet and bed, same story, it was obvious that they had not changed them. This part was the best part, after that I opened the ref which you could only find two small bottle of waters but suddenly an awful awful awful smell came out of it, something in freezer ... I don't for how long they haven't checked it... I had to check two other rooms to find an acceptable one to stay at night. We were so confused, angry and sad as they wasted our first day, next day we changed our hotel and they return our money minus first night! How generous! Just don't go there.

Small and cosy hotel in the heart of the city.

Reviewed By Kazzmier00

This hotel is very small, but well situated and staff is very helpful. I got my tiny, but nice room with not very interesting view, which didn't matter as I spend most of my time talking to the staff in the reception. They made me feel very welcome and interested in my story, unlike all the other places I went to. All rooms are tidy and hotel is right on the busy street close to Sie-se-pol bridge, which means it could get busy and louder during night time. I would stay longer if I could, maybe next time.
