A little gem!
Reviewed By JUftonThis hotel is a little gem and we’re so sad it’s our last day. A family affair, the two brothers who run the place are as friendly and helpful as they come and do everything they can to make your stay more comfortable - nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location - a couple of minutes walk to the nearest beach - it also has a bus stop right on the corner from which excursion buses will pick you up. The food at the hotel is of great quality and something different on offer nightly. The rooms are modern and comfortable and kept very clean and the gardens that surround the hotel are lovely. It is a quiet hotel - so don’t expect an entertainment package - but that is part of its charm. And if you do still want nightlife you can visit the hotel bar which is open late down by the pool or walk along the seafront where there are a range of restaurants and bars. Two of us stayed for a week and found it to be an excellent base for our visit to Crete as well as the experience being warm and welcoming - highly recommended!

Super Service am Strand selbst durch Meister Alban. Witzig und nett ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Feiner Sand und lange flach.

The staff are friendly, smiley and approachable. Far enough away from the night life to get a good nights sleep but near enough if it’s what you want. Recommend for couples. Overall exceeded our expectations. We will come back!

Reviewed By abrughinskathe service was great but the food was barely okay. sometimes it was tasty, but there was not much choice. the hotel itself is fine, only a little dirty. A beautiful place as far as the surroundings are concerned. Not far from the beach, which is delightful. stuff was nice.

I totally recommend it for couples or families. Mrs Argiro and her husband make you feel like home. They greet you everyday with a smile and they make sure you stay satisfied. Reviewed By Αργυρώ ΜΚλείσαμε για ένα βράδυ τετράκλινο δωμάτιο για ενα ζευγάρι με δύο παιδιά!!!Ευτυχώς το ένα μου παιδί δεν ήρθε μαζί μας!! Τηλεφωνούσαμε στο μόνο τηλέφωνο που είχαν ένα σταθερό, και δεν απαντούσε κανείς για να μας πεί που βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα!!!Ούτε εκτροπή κλήσης είχαν!!!Τελικά κατά τις 11,30 το βράδυ με πήραν απο κινητό γιατι ανυσηχούσαν που δε πήγαμε και δεν θα βρίσκαμε αλλού!!! Τελικά πήγα να πάρω το κλειδί να δω και που είναι!!Πλήρωσα επι τόπου με την προυπόθεση να μου δωθεί το πρωί η απόδειξη, εφόσον βιαζόμουν να επιστρέψω στην εκδήλωση που ήμουν καλεσμένη,και ηταν και πολύ αργα!! Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά άνετο,τα στρώματα άχρηστα ειδικά του παιδιού είχε κενά!!!Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα σαπουνάκι να πλύνεις τα χέρια σου!!Δεν είχε σίτες και σκοτώναμε όλη νύχτα κουνούπια!!Ενώ υπήρχε κλιματιστικο και το είχα δεί όταν παρέλαβα το κλειδί, δεν είχε αφήσει το κοντρολ του κλιματιστικού και δεν μπορούσα να κλείσω τα παράθυρα για να μη μπαινουν κουνούπια!!!Αν ήταν έξτρα η χρέωση για αυτό έπρεπε να μου το πεί!!! Το πρωί δε ήταν κανείς κάτω στο γραφείο ήταν όλα κλειστά, και φύγαμε χωρίς βέβαια να πάρουμε την απόδειξη!!!Χάλεσε η διάθεσή μας γιατί δενείχαμε κοιμηθεί και μετανοιώσαμε που μείναμε εκεί πέρα!
