The staff at check-in point is really helpful and patient during Check-in when we have a problem with my mom old phone. As well as a guy who escort us to our room he help us with the luggages. The room is nice amd clean. We sure will stay here again for our next visit. THANKS!!

Reviewed By catsonvacationI would definietly stay here again if I had to be close to the Bus Terminal for other travels, I think for 1-2 nights it's perfect to visit Central Festival, the ASEAN market etc. But you won't really experience Hat Yai in this area. The receptionists are kind and helpful, for the price you pay it's really worth it. Positive: + A nice and comfortable hotel in general, the standard room has a good size with a spacious bathroom. + The receptionists were always helpful and tried their best to answer questions and give recommendations. + The pool! Amazing pool for such a small hotel! Loved it - however, there are some restrictions to follow.. + The location, not too far from Central Festival and Bus Terminal and also ASEAN night market. + Comfortable bed, free snacks and drinks in the room which is refilled everyday! + Rented a scooter, which the hotel helped us with! Got it in less than 10 min upon request, so much better to get around with - especially around this area. Negative: - Location. It has pros and cons, better to stay here if you have a vehicle or is there only to be close to the bus terminal/central festival. For walking it is not really recommended, especially in the dark cause there's no pavements nor good lightning. - The cleaning. Generally it was great! However, the cleaning lady forgot to check the cupboards, where some trash was left after previous guests. :( - The room. It was exactly like in the pictures, except the lightning. I don't know why, but it made a big difference with other kind of lamps and lightning than in the pictures.

Reviewed By kamphondEverything above our expectation, room was new and clean, Staff was friendly and helpful, big room, the rate already include all minibar while surrounds by variety of street food. The no of parking lot may be the only cons but the staff can help you find one nearby incase the lot under the building all occupied. I’ll come back here next time. :)

Reviewed By hwunlingThe washroom could use shower curtains to avoid wet floors after showering. Electricity went out twice during our stay; which I’m sure is not a regular occurrence. No toothbrush provided. No iron. Apart from that, the room is clean, spacious, and comfortable (as seen on pics); reasonably priced, lots of parking space – onsite and an open space next to property. Courteous and accommodating staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Bad smell inside the room and poor service at lobby
Reviewed By Agoda2019Got mothball smell inside the rooms and we can not move or change the room immediately. Mothball is hazadous substance and mostly effect on health. Receptionist said all rooms have mothball for pest control. Owner's hotel should has awareness for customer health. We are quite sensitive with this smell and we will not back for next. Poor service at lobby. Receptionist is not good for service and low quality for work performance.
