Reviewed By APgardenI visited with my family in November. Staff is very helpful, food is great and location is excellent. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel as it walking distance from Guhagar beach. Clean rooms. Great view (of surrounding hills and farms) from the room which has big windows.

Garden is big n its very peaceful place. Management is good. Its good if u book delux room as all r near to restaurant. Food quality is best one. Rates r chippers as compared to Mumbai. Good for family. Nothing negative i observed..

Unprofessional and mismanaged property
Reviewed By KaumudiJWe booked the place looking at the pics and the brand name, while booking we had clearly mentioned our kids ages and the room was suggested accordingly by the management. On reaching we realised the room was small and impossible to accomodate 4 of us. To top it they charged us extra for the bedding when the booking clearly mentioned that we were two adults and 2 children. The property is spread out over a large area however they don't provide room service, imagine the plight when one needs something as simple as water or towels. But the worst was that the dinner experience restaurant was claimed to have been open upto 10:30pm, however when we reached at 10 and mentioned that we would prefer a-la-carte , we were told our only option was to go in for the ridiculously priced and tasteless buffet as the chef had left for the day. All this when they charge us exorbitantly is not acceptable Would never recommend this place ever !

Very good rates as compare to other hotels in the area around. Food is good and recommended. Definitely a complete home away from home.

Excellent location, great Views, bit pricy
Reviewed By vichavanThe drive to this resort makes you feel uncomfortable and you wonder what to expect. Once you reach the property though, you feel refreshed. A very well maintained property with ample place to roam around, a neat pool and clean restaurant. We stayed in the so called VIP cottage as it has excellent sea views from all rooms. Its a tastefully decorated and fairly well maintained property. The idea of providing a jacuzzi (rubber tub) is excellent! Its very private and fun for kids, really enjoyed it! The bedrooms are small but sufficient, one has attached bath and one is common. The TV area has a small kitchenette and has ample space to sit around and talk. The full height glass windows give the room necessary light and view. The overall property is kept very clean and neat. The pool is decent, can be kept little more clean though. Surprisingly, there is a box cricket area or a footsal ground you may call it, but its a boon, havent seen it anywhere in Konkan so I was really pleasantly surprised and happy about it. Restaurant is nice. The food was very good. It will be great to add little more variety like crabs, oysters, etc. Breakfast buffet was fairly good and taste was amazing. One needs to take a small walk outside the resort to go to the beach. The entry to the beach isn't great but the beach itself is nice and clean. They have a bungee throwing activity (For lack of better words to explain that arrangement). You are tied to a rope, and then thrown in to the air. Fantastic experience for my kid and also for me, you need something like this to just feel little different, great idea!! Overall a great experience, but I thought its too much pricy for what it offers, maybe it was due to the season. I would highly recommend my friends and family to visit here though!

Reviewed By Mayur2706Hotel Cottage Rooms are great.....compact and cosy.... Food is tasty authentic maharashtrian and can be ordered on demand. Proximaty to beach is a great plus. FOr Birding Guhagar is great place and some really good birds can be seen at the waterpots besides the hotel dining area itself. Overall awesome experience. Whenever in guhagar will always go here again.
