Reviewed By Iztok Mclose to beautifull sandy beach, near some good restaurants and bars there is village with pool and nice nature. Stuff are very friendly. There is only 900 meters to the nice old city. Highly recomended for vacation.

Worst food experience during Italy trip
Reviewed By 462ybOn the road there’s a sign saying: ‘restaurant, trattoria, pizzeria’. This is not true. When we asked for a table they hesitated and gave us one. After he seated us we heard the waiter yelling at the chef in Italian ‘there’s another two....’ on a not very welcoming way. For the food we had choice of 2 types of pasta (primi) and 2 types of fish as a secondi. For the wine there was a choice of red or White House wine. No wine list while we saw a a wine fridge / display with many different wines. The waiter told us the house wines were local wines, which they weren’t. They were just cheap wines from a large wine distributor in Italy. They charged us €20 for a bottle. While our dinner was served we heard another table complaining about the bill they received (they don’t tell prices when they tell what limited choice there is). The food itself was far from special (this is an understatement!) and the service terrible. The price is far to high (there were 3 of 5 tables complaining). We spent 4 weeks traveling though Italy/Puglia but this was by far our worst food experience. So my advice: don’t go here for dinner!!

Huge room, huge breakfast

From the terrace, it looks as if one is in the countryside, but walk 50m and you are on the edge of the town, and the town centre and the old part of the town are less than 10 minutes walk away. Loads of parking as well. Rita is a great host, though her English isnt great, nd she serves up a lovely and substantial breakfast each day. Fresh orange juice, a bruschetta (but a huge one), freshly made cake, fruit (we had strawberries two days, peas and beans another). We didnt need lunch!. The room we had was huge, with a fridge, aircon/heater, a sofa, plenty of wardrobe space, and a large bathroom with plenty of hot water for a powerful shower. Thnak you Rita

Very chic accommodations
Reviewed By Hoppers33020Spent one night in Vieste and this B&B was perfect for us. Pluses: Yuri at the front desk was great, very friendly and had lots of suggestions for things for us to do and see. Good English language skills. The entire B&B was new and modern looking, with great accent lighting in blues, reds and other colors. Great metallic looking tiles throughout our room. Queen size bed was comfortable and the bathroom shower was amazing. An overhead rain type with multicolored halogen lights overhead. Continental breakfast was nice, a good croissant, cakes and yogurt, juice and all the cappuccinos we wanted. Great location on the main street near old town. Couldn't ask for more. Things to know: Located on the fourth floor up, walked up the first time until I saw the small elevator past the stairs. Suggest you call 15-30 minutes in advance to make sure Yuri is at the reception. For those from the US remember to dial the 39 country code first. Yuri communicated with us via What's App texts. Street parking is a challenge since all nearby parking is blue paid parking only for locals. Not a problem to stay in a nearby lot two locks away, GPS search for "Via Jenner Vieste 71019" Pay the man in the parking lot 10 Euro for overnight parking.

We highly recommend this place. The view is super pretty, the pool area it’s very comfortable and the rooms are very clean.

While the whole property is perfectly decorated and welcoming, the best part by far is Giulio, who will tirelessly help you have the best time in Vieste and the surrounding area of the Gargano. Every day of our three days, he was so kind in offering us recommendations, making reservations for us, and generally just making us feel like royalty. I can't imagine this magical spot will be available for long...enjoy!

A wonderful and calm residence

My family and I visited this resort for 8 nights and if I have the opportunity, I would like to repeat my stay in Torre del Porto in the future. We stayed in a spacious studio and our room was furnished down to the smallest detail. Everything was new and modern and it offered maximum comfort. Amazing shower, pleasant air conditioning, beautiful terrace with a nice view, comfortable mattresses and pillows. The resort had a nice and quiet garden with seating under the citrus trees, and even without a purchased breakfast we could easily buy a croissant and coffee at the bar with no problem. The pool was large and clean. The location of the resort is also excellent, just a few steps to the pebble beach (umbrellas with sunbeds ranged around 10-20 euros per one set), lots of nice restaurants and many opportunities for interesting trips. All the staff were extremely nice, but I must mention Mr. Angelo, who was helping us with everything since the very beginning (car rental, taxi, tips for trips and so on). I have never experienced such a personal and kind approach anywhere. He is willing to help or advise anything at any time, he is very reliable and as a bonus he is also fluent in English, which is not so common in this area. If you are thinking about visiting this part of the Italy, I recommend Torre del Porto 100%. Ani nevím, kde začít. S rodinou jsme tento resort navštívili na 8 nocí a jestli budu mít možnost, ráda bych si pobyt v Torre del Porto v budoucnu zopakovala. Byli jsme ubytováni v prostorném studiu. Zařízení pokoje bylo nové a propracované do nejmenšího detailu. Nelze nic vytknout, super sprcha, příjemná klimatizace, krásná terasa s výhledem, pohodlné matrace a polštáře. V resortu se nacházela příjemná a tichá zahrádka se sezením pod citrusy, i bez objednané snídaně šlo u baru pohodlně zakoupit croissant a kávu. Bazén byl velký, čistý. Výborné je i umístění resortu, pouze pár kroků na oblázkovou pláž (slunečníky s lehátky se pohybovaly kolem 10-20 euro za set), spousta fajn restaurací a mnoho možností na zajímavé výlety. Všichni zaměstnanci byli nesmírně milí, musím ale zmínit pana Angela, který nám již od počátku se vším pomáhal (zapůjčení auta, taxi, tipy na výlety a podniky a tak dále). Tak osobní a milý přístup jsem ještě nikde nezažila. Je ochotný s čímkoliv kdykoliv pomoci či poradit, je na něj obrovský spoleh a jako bonus mluví plynně anglicky, což v této oblasti není tak obvyklé. Pokud se rozmýšlíte nad navštívením této oblasti, Torre del Porto doporučuji na 100 %.

All around are olive trees producing the “Olives” precious fruits from which we make an excellent olive oil. During the stay we give our guests the opportunity to try this wonderful product which we have been making since decades. Its strategic position allows different types of excursions. At few miles from the Garganic Coast with its spectacular scenarios of golden beaches.

We were the last guests of the season but treated with great care. The rooms are clean, quiet, and a very nice size as was the bathroom. The grounds are beautiful with shaded parking spots. The breakfast was a great start to any day, selection of items changed daily. A very easy ride into town and the beach. Nice to return each day for a relaxing nights sleep.

She is a great cook too, all the cakes and coffees are made by her with her magic hands giving you a great treat for breakfast. The rooms are clean, with everything you need. The price does also include a place reserved at the local beach and private parking, which is a plus especially in high season. Making your stay very comfortable and hassle free. Relaxing Stay in a close proximity to the Sea Side

I was not supposed to have a Sea Room View but I got a side Sea Side facing East anyway! Room and bath both generous in space. Car Park is just exactly in front of the Hotel in a big parking area, passing which there is dedicated Stabilimento La Bussola to spend the day at the beach. Distance to city center is about 10/15 minutes which i recommend to walk as there is not much parking in Town. As there was an offer for half board I applied to it, which i found a good bargain. The only thing i didn't like that the best seats were allocated to people who stayed longer. Overall I highly recommend both the Hotel and Vieste!!!! Just one more thing.... what's the name of Hotel About??? Left without knowing...
