A true taste of Italy off the beaten path!
Reviewed By ryano620This bed-and-breakfast was by far the nicest accommodation of all our stops in Italy. Clean, updated furnishings and comfortable beds, along with a traditional Italian flare. Not many people on Fondi speak English, and that’s ok. It’s a beautiful hidden secret with a vibrant town square set in the hills of Lazio. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian experience, outside of the hills of Italy, make your way to Fondi, enjoy the cobblestone streets, amazing food and beverage and Italian hospitality by staying at this amazing bed and breakfast located in a quiet, safe are within a few minute walk of great restaurants and shops. As a side note, our innkeeper went the extra mile, inviting us into his fantastic restaurant which sits in the shadow of the Fondi castle, and providing the best meal we’ve had in Italy (and that’s saying something!) but only charging us €80 for 3 local beers, a bottle of local merlot and a couple hand-crafted after-dinner drinks, in addition to 2 amazing pasta dishes and 2 large bacon-wrapped filets with roasted potatoes. Finally, when we found ourselves in a bind unable to get a taxi back to the train station, our innkeeper provided a ride free of charge. We only stayed one night in Fondi, but thanks to the amazing accommodations, unbelievably tasty food and beverage and one-of-a-kind hospitality, this may have been our best night in a vacation that includes stays in the Tuscan countryside, Florence, Rome and Sorrento!

The owners and their staff go the extra step to ensure you have a great stay. The small restaurant on property is very good for simple local cuisine and great Pizza on Saturdays!!! We will certainly return.

Reviewed By kristina sAt first we were little sceptical, but it turned out to be a piece of heaven! The room that we stayed in had a canopy bed, overall the whole room looked amazing and very romantic! Everything was clean! We had a little terrase with e view to the little tables downstairs, where we had breakfast. The boy who accomodated us was very helpful with all the different questions that we had :) And he made us a very tasty breakfast (my boyfriend still dreams about the sandwitches that he had). If we go back to that part of Italy we will stay in this hotel again!

The rooms are great with each having a lounge and large en suite bathroom as well as a large comfy bed. The breakfast in the morning is really great with the owners asking you what type of breakfast you normally eat and then going out of their way every morning to ensure you were well looked after. The owners go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. If you happen to be in this area, you won't go wrong staying here.

Reviewed By alana563My family spent ten nights here and enjoyed everything about the place. It is very clean, reasonable with free wifi and breakfast. The location in Fondi is excellent, centrally located to the castle, restaurants and shopping. Fabiana is very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Struttura, situata nel centro del paese, nuovissima ed arredata con cura fin nei minimi particolari. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli; pulizia perfetta. La colazione merita una citazione a parte: abbondante ed arricchita da buonissime torte fatte in casa. Un grazie al Sig. Antonio e a sua moglie per la gentilezza e disponibilità dimostrata. In sintesi si tratta di una struttura assolutamente consigliata. ECCEZIONALE !!! 10+
