Very rude behaviour of staff
Reviewed By vsingh30I have been there on family trip in September 2017; I booked my ticket online but staff were asking extra money by showing some kind of receipt and started quarreling with me and they didn't allow to enter into the hotel room without paying the extra charges. The cleanliness is zero, bathrooms smells badly and irresponsive room service,you have to call 2-3 times at reception then they response. In terms of location, it is good, 10-15 mnts walking distance from new digha beach.

Reviewed By Sritama SThough the hotel is very budget friendly but the basic amminities are not even properly maintained . Due to lack of staffs, we could not get proper services. It took us 30 mins and 3 phone calls to reception to get a bottle of water. And also very poor behaviour from the reception . We went in a group and for first 45 mins they did not let us switch on the AC as well. Pool here has to maintainance and lobby lift stays broken most of the time making it difficult for top floor people. Food quality is poor . The wifi of the hotel doesnt work. And moreover this hotel looks like nothing that is shown in their website . MOST MOST IMPORTANT - The towels, pillow, blankets everything stinks like hell. The washroom stinks always. Position of the hotel is good but one can only expect to see the sea are people staying in 3rd and 4th floor suit (4 beded room) . I had a very bad experience with this hotel.

Terrible Manager & Receptionists
Reviewed By suvendus2015The manager is horrible, unprofessional, extremely rude, don't know the politeness to talk to the guests. Also the manager may be a black or duplicate person, because I saw he allowed a group to make alcohol party on the pool, for the same for another group they didn't allow it and they says it's a corporate booking, and I'm sure they don't have excise license, how can you say this a corporate booking?????? Receptionists are very very unprofessional, they waited us almost 1 hour in the lobby, but at the check out time, they don't want to compromise a single seconds for which they were ready with a bill to charge us extra money. The property is very good, clean and in good location but the manager, receptionists, pool kaka is just horrible. #RULES SHOLD BE SAME FOR ALL THE GUESTS, IT'S A PUBLIC PROPERTY NOT PRIVATE. #ALSO YOU'RE CLEARLY VIOLATING THE LAW OF EXCISE DEPARTMENT.

Reviewed By bangalitravellerI cancelled my booking on 17/03/2021 & I was eligible for free cancellation, also got the confirmation mail regarding that but not the money. Advance amount not refunded till now though they told it will take only 10 days to refund but not refunded till date. I called the person name Neeraj & he informed me to talk to Mr. Roshan sir who is responsible for the refund & Mr. Roshan is not in office now. And they also do not know when he will be in office. Pls. avoid this hotel.

Budget hotel with very good location
Reviewed By DebD7We booked AC deluxe room (RmNo107) from MMT for 2night (29sep-01oct, 2018 @1696/- total) Hotel is located in New Digha, just 2/3 min walking distance from New Digha bathing ghat, market area, overall very convenient location. Food, transport everything is easily accessible. Room is good, spacious, well furnished, clean, AC, TV was also working fine. Reception area, Exterior is beautifully decorated. Room had an attached balcony with glass door. Only a few points need to be taken care by the hotel authority : 1. Room could have at least a white CFL above the mirror and a night lamp. Light is not so bright to get dressed-up (specially for ladies). 2. Bathroom fittings need to be maintained. Water leaking from all the taps, commode flash also leaking. Wastage of water. 3. Intercom facility was not available in our room. For us it was fine, I would definitely recommend. As per the cost, facility was good.

Reviewed By pinkyk2017I went to hotel and booked a room for 1 day with a extra price of 1700 but i checked out next day and again booked another hotel due to manager bad behaviour and manager is very rude he had given abusive language also as because we just asked extra food after 10 pm and not even he was allowing for outside food ..

Rooms are good, we have taken food 2 time from here.It is good but dinning place is dirty. You can try food from outside also, it will be cheap. For local outing for 2.5-3.5hr [Talsari & Udaipur beach, Radhamadha & Chadaneswar temple] Auto - Rs.300-350 + parking Magic car - Rs. 400-450 + parking For 4-5 hr. [Mandarmoni, Tajpur, Sankarpur Beach, Digha Mohona] Magic car - Rs. 1100-1300 + parking

Reviewed By Subhojit PBest part is the location, almost next to the beach. A small part of the sea was visible from our room. Service could have been better. Major issue is cleanliness of the room as well as washroom. Even we could spot small bugs on the bed. Otherwise, there was no disturbance, and stay was OK.
