We stayed here for 2 nights on our way to visit friends. The room was marvellous. Everything was well kept, classically decorated and lovely touches like fluffy robes and a nespresso machine ( with instructions). Breakfast was tasty and well cooked with lots of options. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone travelling up to Boston/Skegness area.

Twin room

Reviewed By Bethsthins2

Absolutely disgusting, I have seen better hostel accommodation. Arrived and had to phone to gain entry after knocking at property behind, was shown up to our room via stairs and long corridor with hidden steps as was so dingy that you could not see them, no offer of light and when I stumbled this was brushed away. On entering our room I nearly cried, curtains hanging down, grubby old furniture and a smell of damp. The shower only worked if you pulled a cord over the toilet, the toilet seat would not stay up so you had to hold it, the mattress was so stained and the springs were pushing through and you did not want to take your shoes off to touch the carpet. Look at my photos, we only stayed as everywhere else was booked up and shared a single bed with a quilt under us and one over.

Stay away from room 6

Reviewed By Stay09182080482

On the arrival I knew I made a mistake. Receive a rude welcome from the owner. I was told I was in room 6, which I was not told where it was. Entering the room had a pungent smell of dog, was clear that animals had been staying in here before me. The bed was like out of the bates motel, well past its sell by date, should of come with a warning. The most shocking part of the experience, when I told the owner I could not sleep in the room with the following above, the owner told me there was nothing wrong with this room. And no refund was offered to me. I find this a disgrace to the hospitality Industry. I checked out and booked alternative accommodation.
