Reviewed By clinton tHotel is new, attractive and modern. Confortable rooms and beds but be ready for constant frustration. Transport to beach always late, even if you're alone. At breakfast, had to make them clean the table decently. Phone and safe in room didn't work. No coffee at the beach. The woman said, "everyone is asking for coffee." No coffee cups by the coffee in the reception. I'm not the hotel manager. I don't expect to have to tell you all to do your jobs. For this price, service should be much better.

Reviewed By Companion58675671807We arrived in the Pousada and there was no light in the Island. It would have been ok if the pousada Convés had a generator. The generator was not working. We had to go to the pousada beside(where the generator was working) to have dinner and charge our mobiles. To make things worse, the room we were had no water during the whole night, this means we could not flush the toilet during the night, neither brush the teeth in the morning) Definitely, I do not recommend this place to anyone, luckily we stayed only one night. Portugues… Nos chegamos na pousada e não tinha luz na Ilha. Estaria ok, se o gerador da pousada funcionasse. O gerador estava queimado. Nos tivemos que ir para a pousada ao lado para para jantar e carregar is celulares. Para piorar, não tinha água no nosso quarto, o que significa que não pudemos dar discards d escovar os dentes. Definitivamente, eu não recomendo está pousada. Graças a Deus só ficamos uma noite.

The treetop setting surrounded by gardens and Mountain View was exquisite. Best of all, our host Dani took a sincere interest in us as her guests, and my husband and I definitely hope to return!

Reviewed By WorldTraveller1313I stayed here recently for 2 nights. The rooms are quite small and basic but they're comfortable, with safe, TV and (noisy) air conditioning. There's a reasonable range of options at breakfast options, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff always available, when needed. Great breakfast. Fresh fruits, juice, cheese, ham, home made cake, fresh crispy bread, sandwich toaster, eggs upon request and delicious brewed coffee. The bed very comfortable and bathroom very clean. Would easily stay here again. Special thanks to Cristiano who had great deals on boat trips and was very helpful during our stay. Also Max, who always had a nice “ cafezinho “ waiting for us after a long day exploring this beautiful island. PS got a room with ocean view.

Es amplio y fresco, asegúrense de conseguir las habitaciones que se encuentran a la vuelta, se llama 'Lonier Garoupas' en costo beneficio está muy bien, cerca de todo lo cual también implica tener un poco de música de bares aledaños pero es tolerable. La atención es muy buena y los desayunos buenísimos!! The room for 2 people It's more than fine. The ap is big and fresh. Make sure you get the ap from around the corner, those ares 'Lonier Garoupas'. In terms of cost-benefit It's the bese opción, It's near everything which also means you'll get some music from the bars near the room but It's tolerable. The atention is good, all very clean and the breakfast Great!!

Reviewed By Gavin FDO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! THEY ARE CONMEN. The reception of this hotel is nothing more than a conveyor belt of disgusted guests who are demanding a refund. The walls are damp, there are wires hanging out of the sockets, there are holes in the walls. The disgusting stench emanating from the rooms in nearly as bad as the stench of dishonesty emanating from the hotel management. Despite being instructed by booking.com to give my friend a full refund, they continually harass my friend's bank for money. My friend who booked the hotel is now being continually harassed by the hotel for money that she does not owe them. If I lived in Brazil I would call the police.
